Description
Claims (18)
- ガラス基板によって支持されるコーティングを含む被覆製品であって、
前記コーティングは、
銀を含む第1赤外線(IR)反射層及び第2赤外線(IR)反射層であって、前記第1IR反射層と前記第2IR反射層との間に位置する少なくとも1つの誘電体層によって互いに離隔され、前記第1IR反射層が前記第2IR反射層より前記ガラス基板にさらに近く位置する、銀を含む第1IR反射層及び第2IR反射層と、
前記ガラス基板と前記第1IR反射層との間に位置し、Ni及び/又はCrを含有する、金属性の第1吸収層と、
前記ガラス基板と第2吸収層との間に前記第1IR反射層及び前記第2IR反射層が位置するように配置され、Ni及び/又はCrを含有する、金属性の第2吸収層と、
を含み、
前記第1吸収層及び前記第2吸収層は、各々シリコン窒化物を含む誘電体層間に介在して前記誘電体層に接触し、
前記第1吸収層は、厚さが120〜200Åであり、
前記第2吸収層は、厚さが12〜30Åである、
被覆製品。 - 前記第1吸収層及び前記第2吸収層は、各々NiCrを含む、
請求項1に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記第1吸収層及び前記第2吸収層は、各々NiCrNxを含む、
請求項1に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記第1吸収層及び前記第2吸収層は、各々1〜15%の窒素(原子%)を含む、
請求項1又は3に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記第1IR反射層及び前記第2IR反射層は、少なくとも、前記ガラス基板から離れていく順に配置されたスズ酸化物含有層、シリコン窒化物含有層、及び亜鉛酸化物含有層によって互いに離隔される、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記第1IR反射層と前記第2IR反射層との間に金属性の吸収層が位置しない、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 銀を含む2つのIR反射層だけが前記コーティング内に含まれた、
請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記被覆製品の一体型で測定された可視光線透過率が20〜43%である、
請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記被覆製品の一体型で測定された可視光線透過率が24〜33%である、
請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記被覆製品は、焼き戻し処理された、
請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記被覆製品は、熱処理されていない、
請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記コーティングは、NiCr又はNiCrNxを含む2つ以下の金属性の吸収層を含む、
請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記コーティングは、前記第1IR反射層と前記第1吸収層との間に位置するチタン酸化物含有層をさらに含む、
請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記第1IR反射層及び前記第1吸収層は、少なくとも、前記ガラス基板から離れていく順に配置された、前記第1吸収層上に位置して前記第1吸収層に直接接触しているシリコン窒化物含有層、チタン酸化物含有層、及び亜鉛酸化物含有層によって互いに離隔される、
請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記被覆製品の一体型で測定されたフィルム側可視光線反射率(RfY)が15%以下である、
請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記被覆製品の一体型で測定されたフィルム側可視光線反射率(RfY)が12%以下である、
請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記被覆製品の一体型で測定されたフィルム側可視光線反射率(RfY)が、前記被覆製品の一体型で測定されたガラス側可視光線反射率(RgY)より小さい、
請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記被覆製品の一体型で測定されたフィルム側可視光線反射率(RfY)が、前記被覆製品の一体型で測定されたガラス側可視光線反射率(RgY)より少なくとも5%小さい、
請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
