Claims (10)
- 細胞の灌流培養システム(1、31、51)であって、当該システムが、
(a)1以上のバイオリアクター(2、32、52)と、
(b)保持液入口(4、34、54)と、保持液出口(5、5、55)と、1以上の透過液出口ポート(6、36、56)とを備える1以上のフィルターユニット(3)と、
(c)保持液入口に流体接続されている1以上の往復ポンプ(7、37、57)と
を備えており、
保持液入口が、バイオリアクターから保持液入口への方向の流れを許容するが逆方向の流れを防ぐように構成された入口逆止弁(8、38、58)を介してバイオリアクターに流体接続され、保持液出口が、保持液出口からバイオリアクターへの方向の流れを許容するが逆方向の流れを防ぐように構成された出口逆止弁(9、39、59)を介してバイオリアクターに流体接続されており、

(b)細胞培地と細胞をバイオリアクター(2、32、52)に添加するステップ、
(c)撹拌下、バイオリアクター内で細胞を培養するステップ、
