小針の1つは、組織を削掘またはスカイビング仕上げするように構成された遠位先端を有し、本質的に管状である、項目23に記載のシステム。
Claims (11)
- 人体において組織を切開する用具であって、
組織貫通針であって、遠位先端と、前記針の長さに沿って延在する管腔を含む、前記組織貫通針と、
前記針の前記管腔内で摺動しながら受容される切断要素刃と、
前記組織貫通針を、前記切断要素刃が前記管腔内で受容される位置であって、前記組織貫通針が刺入され組織内へ前進することが可能な第一の位置と、前記組織貫通針が前記切断要素刃に対して退避している位置であって、前記切断要素刃が前記組織貫通針の前記遠位先端から露出している第二の位置との間で、前記切断要素刃に対して移動させる機構部であって、前記組織貫通針を前記第二の位置に移動させたときに少なくとも前記組織貫通針の近位端を収納する機構部と、
を備える用具。 - 前記切断要素刃は、前記切断要素刃が前記組織貫通針の軸に直交して延在するように配置される、請求項1に記載の用具。
- 前記切断要素刃は、複数の切刃を有する、請求項1に記載の用具。
- 前記切断要素刃は、鋸歯を有する、請求項1に記載の用具。
- 前記組織貫通針は、前記切断要素刃の軸の前記長さに沿って直線的に移動する、請求項1に記載の用具。
- 前記組織貫通針は、前記切断要素刃に対して回転移動する、請求項1に記載の用具。
- 前記切断要素刃は、小針に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の用具。
- 前記小針は、前記組織貫通針の前記管腔を閉塞するように設計される、請求項7に記載の用具。
- 前記組織貫通針の前記管腔を介して流体を注入する注入器を更に含む、請求項1に記載の用具。
- 前記用具に接続された電気外科用発電機を更に含む、請求項1に記載の用具。
- 神経刺激発生器および前記組織貫通針に接続された監視用具を更に含む、請求項1に記載の用具。
