Description
樹脂が注入された複合パーツを製造する方法であって:
樹脂が注入される構成要素の上に有孔コールシートを配置し;
構成要素に樹脂を注入し、これにはコールシートを使用して構成要素への樹脂の流れを制御することが含まれる
ことを含む方法に関する。
構成要素への樹脂の流れの制御は、下記:
孔の位置;
孔のサイズ;
孔の密度
のうちの少なくとも一つを選択することによって行われる。
構成要素及びコールシートの間に剥離層を配置する
ことをさらに含む。
コールシートの上に樹脂分配媒体を配置する
ことをさらに含む。
コールシートと構成要素の上に真空バッグを密封し;
バッグを真空化する
ことをさらに含む。
コールシートのおおむね中央の位置において構成要素の上に樹脂流を導入する
ことをさらに含む。
コールシートを製造し、これには樹脂が注入される構成要素への樹脂の流れの望ましい分配に基づき、コールシートに孔を形成することが含まれ;
雄型工具上に構成要素を配置し;
構成要素の上に剥離層を配置し;
剥離層の上にコールシートを配置し;
コールシートの上に樹脂分配媒体を配置し;
工具の上に真空バッグを密封し;
バッグを真空化して、工具とコールシートの間で構成要素を圧縮し;
構成要素の上のおおむね中央の位置でバッグに樹脂流を導入し;
コールシートの孔を使用して、構成要素への樹脂の注入を最適化する
ことを含む方法。
上に構成要素を配置する工具と;
構成要素を覆うおおむね剛性のコールシートであって、コールシートを通って構成要素の中へ流れる樹脂の望ましい分配に基づいて孔を有するコールシートと;
構成要素及びコールシートの間の剥離層と;
コールシートを覆っている樹脂分配媒体と;
工具に密封され、構成要素、剥離層、コールシート及び樹脂分配媒体の組合せを覆う真空バッグと;
樹脂の供給源と;
樹脂供給源から樹脂を供給するために、バッグを貫通し、コールシートの上のおおむね中央に位置する樹脂注入口と;
バッグを貫通する樹脂排出口
を含む装置。

Claims (7)
- 樹脂が注入された複合パーツを製造する方法であって:
樹脂が注入される構成要素を工具上に配置し;
有孔コールシートを樹脂が注入される構成要素上に配置し;
コールシートを用いて構成要素への樹脂の流れを制御しながら構成要素に樹脂を注入することを含み、構成要素への樹脂の流れの制御が、コールシートの単位面積あたりの孔の密度を選択することによってなされる方法。 - コールシートと構成要素の間に剥離層を配置することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- コールシートの上に樹脂分配媒体を配置することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- コールシートと構成要素の上に真空バッグを密封し;
バッグを真空化する
ことをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - コールシートの中央の位置において、構成要素の上に樹脂を流すことをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 樹脂が注入された複合パーツを製造する方法であって:
コールシートを製造し、これには樹脂が注入される構成要素への樹脂の流れの望ましい分配に基づき、コールシートに孔を形成することが含まれ;
雄型工具上に構成要素を配置し;
構成要素の上に剥離層を配置し;
剥離層の上にコールシートを配置し;
コールシートの上に樹脂分配媒体を配置し;
工具の上に真空バッグを密封し;
バッグを真空化して、工具とコールシートの間で構成要素を圧縮し;
構成要素の上の中央の位置でバッグに樹脂流を導入し;
コールシートの単位面積当たりの孔の密度を使用して、構成要素への樹脂の注入を最適化する
ことを含む方法。 - 樹脂が注入された複合パーツを製造する装置であって:
上に構成要素を配置する工具と;
構成要素を覆う剛性のコールシートであって、コールシートを通って構成要素の中へ流れる樹脂の望ましい分配に基づいた単位面積当たりの密度の孔を有するコールシートと;
構成要素及びコールシートの間の剥離層と;
コールシートを覆っている樹脂分配媒体と;
工具に密封され、構成要素、剥離層、コールシート及び樹脂分配媒体の組合せを覆う真空バッグと;
樹脂の供給源と;
樹脂供給源から樹脂を供給するために、バッグを貫通し、コールシートの上の中央に位置する樹脂注入口と;
バッグを貫通する樹脂排出口
を含む装置。
