- 前記可撓細長部材に連結されるハンドルアセンブリをさらに備え、前記ハンドルアセンブリが、前記第1および第2の制御部材を作動させるように構成される偏向アクチュエータと、前記ツールの吸引を制御するように構成される吸引アクチュエータとを含む請求項4の医療装置。
- 前記旋回部材が内腔を含み、前記ツールが内腔を通じて延在する、請求項3に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ツールを覆うように構成されるスリーブをさらに備え、前記ツールが前記ツールと前記スリーブとの間の相対的な軸方向移動によって突出位置と格納位置との間を移動するように構成される、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 長手軸および遠位端を含む可撓細長部材と、
流体移送用のツールであって、先端部を有するツールと、
前記可撓細長部材の遠位端より遠位へ延びる旋回部材と、
を備える医療装置であって、前記ツールが前記旋回部材に動作可能に連結され、前記旋回部材の作動によって前記可撓細長部材に対して長手軸の少なくとも一方の側に向けて旋回し、前記ツールが旋回することで前記先端部が前記可撓細長部材の遠位端に進入し、または前記可撓細長部材の遠位端から出るように構成され、前記旋回部材が前記ツールまで延在する内腔を含む医療装置。 - 前記ツールを真空源と流体源の一方に流体接続するように構成される管をさらに備える、請求項12に記載の医療装置。
- 前記旋回部材に動作可能に連結される第1の制御部材と第2の制御部材とをさらに備え、前記第1の制御部材が近位方向に後退するとき前記ツールが第1の方向から前記長手軸の第1側における第1位置へ偏向し、前記第2の制御部材が近位方向に後退するとき前記ツールが前記長手軸の第2側における第2位置へ偏向し、前記第1側および前記第2側が前記長手軸に対して反対側に設ける請求項12に記載の医療装置。
- 可撓細長部材と、
流体移送用のツールと、
前記可撓細長部材の遠位端に設けたU字形部材と、
前記U字形部材に対し相対的に旋回可能に構成され、外面を含む旋回部材であって、前記ツールを受け入れる内腔を含み、前記内腔は、前記ツールが前記旋回部材から相対的に突出可能かつ前記内腔内に相対的に格納可能となるように構成される、前記旋回部材と、
前記旋回部材の前記外面の第1の側で前記旋回部材に動作可能に連結される第1の制御部材と、
前記旋回部材の前記外面の前記第1の側と反対の第2の側で前記旋回部材に動作可能に連結される第2の制御部材と、
を備える医療装置であって、
前記ツールが前記第1および第2の制御部材の作動により前記可撓細長部材の両側に向けて旋回可能である医療装置。 - 前記第1の制御部材が近位方向に後退するとき前記ツールが前記可撓細長部材の長手軸における第1側に旋回し、前記第2の制御部材が近位方向に後退するとき前記ツールが前記第1の側の反対側であって、前記長手軸における第2側に旋回する、請求項15に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ツールを真空源と流体源の一方に流体接続するように構成される管をさらに備え、前記管がポリマーシースによって補強される内側編組から成る可撓遠位部を含む、請求項15に記載の医療装置。
