Description
この際、充電・放電スケジュール信号はセルテスト(Cell Test)のための充電・放電スケジュール信号である。スケジュール入力部100は、このような充電・放電スケジュール信号の入力を受け、バッテリーの充電・放電動作特性に影響を与える条件を実際と同様にシミュレーションすることができるように充電・放電スケジュール信号を設定して性能を検査することができるようにする。

Claims (4)
- 充電・放電テスト信号に応じて、シャントの両端にかかる電圧で充電・放電電流波形を測定する電流測定回路部と、
前記電流測定回路部と電気的に接続されるシャントに結合される電流通電片とを含んでなり、
前記電流通電片は、前記電流通電片の端部から電流通電片の内部側に凹設されるシャント結合溝、及び前記シャント結合溝の形成方向に対して垂直方向に電流通電片を貫通する側面結合溝を有し、
前記電流通電片の前記シャント結合溝にシャントの一端が嵌め込まれ、前記シャント結合溝と前記側面結合溝において銀ろう付けで溶接されることで、前記シャントと前記電流通電片とが結合されることを特徴とする、充放電サイクラーシステム。 - 前記電流通電片は、複数のシャントが結合される「コ」字状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の充放電サイクラーシステム。
- 前記電流通電片の側面結合溝が閉曲線の形で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の充放電サイクラーシステム。
- 前記シャントは、一端に形成される境界スペーサがシャントを貫通してケルビンセンシング端が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の充放電サイクラーシステム。
