Description

(a)
(i)水分;
(ii)少なくとも1つの水電解デバイスであって、基質と、メラニン、メラニン前駆体、メラニン誘導体、メラニン類似体およびメラニン変異体からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのメラニン物質とを含む水電解デバイス、および
(iii)少なくとも1種の生鮮食品
を含む密閉容器;ならびに
(b)容器内の水電解デバイスに照射するための電磁エネルギー源
を含む。
(a)(i)水分;
(ii)基質と、メラニン、メラニン前駆体、メラニン誘導体、メラニン類似体およびメラニン変異体からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのメラニン物質とを含む少なくとも1つの水電解デバイス;および
(iii)少なくとも1つの生鮮食品
を含む密閉容器;ならびに
(b)上記容器内の上記の少なくとも1つの水電解デバイスに照射するための電磁エネルギー源
を含む。
Claims (20)
- 少なくとも1つの生鮮食品を保存するための電気化学的プロセスであって、
水分と前記の少なくとも1つの生鮮食品と少なくとも1つの水電解デバイスとを含む密閉容器であって、前記の少なくとも1つの水電解デバイスは、基材と、メラニンとを含む、前記容器を提供すること;
前記容器内の前記の少なくとも1つの水電解デバイスに電磁エネルギー源を供給して、前記メラニンによる水電気分解の反応を開始させること;ならびに
前記の少なくとも1つの生鮮食品および水電解デバイスを前記の少なくとも1つの生鮮食品が保存されるように前記容器内に保持することを含む
電気化学的プロセス。 - 前記電磁エネルギー源が、不可視光エネルギー、可視光エネルギー、電磁波、X線、紫外線、電波、およびガンマ線からなる群より選択される請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記電磁エネルギー源が、200nmと900nmとの間の波長を有する可視または不可視光エネルギーを含む請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記の少なくとも1つの水電解デバイスの前記基材がシリカを含む請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記メラニンが前記シリカに分散されシリカと前記メラニンとの混合物を形成している請求項4に記載のプロセス。
- 前記メラニンが天然メラニンまたは合成メラニンを含む請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記メラニンが前記プロセスで使用される唯一の水電解物質である請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記の少なくとも1つの生鮮食品が果物、野菜、肉、家禽、魚および乳製品からなる群より選択される請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記生鮮食品の保存のために前記生鮮食品の酸化を予防、軽減または遅延させる請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記の水電気分解の反応が二原子水素を生成する請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記密閉容器が、H2に対して実質的に不透過性の材料で作製されている請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 少なくとも1つの生鮮食品を保存するためのシステムであって、
(a)(i)水分;
(ii)少なくとも1つの水電解デバイスであって、基質とメラニンとを含む前記の少なくとも1つの水電解デバイス;および
(iii)前記の少なくとも1つの生鮮食品
を含む密閉容器;ならびに
(b)前記容器内の前記の少なくとも1つの水電解デバイスに照射するための電磁エネルギー源
を含むシステム。 - 前記電磁エネルギー源が、不可視光エネルギー、可視光エネルギー、電磁波、電波、X線、紫外線、およびガンマ線からなる群より選択される請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記電磁エネルギー源が、200nm〜900nmの波長を有する可視または不可視光エネルギーを含む請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記の少なくとも1つの水電解デバイスの基材がシリカを含む請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記メラニンが前記シリカに分散されシリカと前記メラニンとの混合物を形成している請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記メラニンが天然メラニンまたは合成メラニンを含む請求項12〜16のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記メラニンが前記容器に存在する唯一の水電解物質である請求項12〜17のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記の少なくとも1つの生鮮食品が果物、野菜、家禽、肉、魚、および乳製品からなる群より選択される請求項12〜18のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記水分が前記の少なくとも1つの生鮮食品による自然放出に少なくとも部分的に由来する請求項12〜19のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
