前記基板上の(M*m/2)+1個のデータラインと、
前記基板上の前記データラインと交差する2n個(nは自然数)のゲートラインと、
前記基板上の複数のタッチ電極と、
前記複数のタッチ電極にタッチ駆動信号を供給するために、前記データラインと列方向のサブピクセルを間にして交互に配置された複数のタッチセンシングラインとを含み、
前記サブピクセルのn行は、前記2n個のゲートラインの連続した奇数番目のゲートラインと偶数番目のゲートラインで画定され、
前記サブピクセルのn行と対応する各水平ラインには、(M*m/2)−1個のデータラインが一対のサブピクセルを共有するように接続され、
前記タッチ電極間の境界には、前記タッチセンシングラインが位置しない、タッチスクリーン内蔵型表示装置。 - 前記タッチ電極間に前記データラインが配置される、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン内蔵型表示装置。
- 前記基板の表示領域の両側端には、第1番目と第(M*m/2)+1番目のデータラインが配置される、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン内蔵型表示装置。
- 前記表示領域の両側端に配置された前記第1番目と第(M*m/2)+1番目のデータラインの外側にそれぞれ配置された第1および第2のダミーサブピクセルをさらに含む、請求項3に記載のタッチスクリーン内蔵型表示装置。
- 各水平ラインの両側端に、前記第1および第2のダミーサブピクセルが配置される、請求項4に記載のタッチスクリーン内蔵型表示装置。
- 偶数番目のゲートラインと接続された赤色サブピクセルが、第1番目のデータラインと接続された、請求項5に記載のタッチスクリーン内蔵型表示装置。
- 前記第1および第2のダミーサブピクセルは、前記ゲートラインおよび前記第1番目と第(M*m/2)+1番目のデータラインと電気的に分離された、請求項4に記載のタッチスクリーン内蔵型表示装置。
- 前記サブピクセルは、複数のタッチ電極とそれぞれ重畳し、前記第1および第2のダミーサブピクセルは、タッチ電極と一部が重畳する、請求項4に記載のタッチスクリーン内蔵型表示装置。
- 各水平ラインに配置されたサブピクセルは、奇数番目のゲートラインと接続される弱充電サブピクセルと、偶数番目のゲートラインと接続される強充電サブピクセルとに区分され、
前記サブピクセルのうち、青色(B)のサブピクセルは、前記強充電サブピクセルと前記弱充電サブピクセルに交互に配置される、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン内蔵型表示装置。 - 各水平ラインに配置されたサブピクセルは、奇数番目のゲートラインと接続される弱充電サブピクセルと、偶数番目のゲートラインと接続される強充電サブピクセルとに区分され、
各水平ラインに配置されたサブピクセルのうち、赤色(R)のサブピクセルは、前記強充電サブピクセルに配置される、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン内蔵型表示装置。 - 各水平ラインに配置されたサブピクセルは、奇数番目のゲートラインと接続される弱充電サブピクセルと、偶数番目のゲートラインと接続される強充電サブピクセルとに区分され、
各水平ラインに配置されたサブピクセルのうち、緑色(G)のサブピクセルは、前記弱充電サブピクセルに配置される、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーン内蔵型表示装置。 - 表示領域を備える基板と、前記表示領域内に備えられるm個のサブピクセルを備えるM*n個のピクセル(mは3または4、Mはmが3である場合、偶数であり、mが4である場合自然数)と、前記基板上の(M*m/2)+1個のデータラインと、前記基板上の前記データラインと交差する2n個(nは自然数)のゲートラインおよび前記基板上の複数のタッチ電極と、前記複数のタッチ電極にタッチ駆動信号を供給するために、前記データラインと列方向のサブピクセルを間にして交互に配置された複数のタッチセンシングラインとを含み、
前記サブピクセルのn行は、前記2n個のゲートラインの連続した奇数番目のゲートラインと偶数番目のゲートラインで画定され、
前記サブピクセルのn行と対応する各水平ラインには、(M*m/2)-1個のデータラインが一対のサブピクセルを共有するように接続され、前記タッチ電極間の境界には、前記タッチセンシングラインが位置しない、タッチスクリーン内蔵型表示装置の駆動方法において、
各水平ラインに配置されたサブピクセルは、各データラインを基準に左側から右側方向への駆動と右側から左側方向への駆動が混在して駆動するステップを含む、タッチスクリーン内蔵型表示装置の駆動方法。 - 前記表示領域の両側端に配置された第1番目と第(M*m/2)+1番目のデータラインの外側にそれぞれ配置された第1および第2のダミーサブピクセルをさらに含み、
前記第1および第2のダミーサブピクセルには、駆動中のデータ電圧が供給されない、請求項12に記載のタッチスクリーン内蔵型表示装置の駆動方法。 - 各水平ラインに配置されたサブピクセルは、奇数番目のゲートラインと接続される弱充電サブピクセルと、偶数番目のゲートラインと接続される強充電サブピクセルとに区分され、
