から選択される。
Claims (15)
- 注射デバイスで使用するための投薬速度制御機構であって、
ハウジング(10、30、40;40’;40”;40’’’)と、
パワーリザーバ(100、100’)によって駆動され、駆動部材(70)がハウジング(10、30、40;40’;40”;40’’’)に回転方向で拘束される用量設定位置と駆動部材(70)がハウジング(10、30、40;40’;40”;40’’’)から回転方向に分離される用量投薬位置との間を軸方向に可動である駆動部材(70)と
を有し、
駆動部材(70)の軸方向位置に応じて用量投薬中に駆動部材(70)を減速させる摩擦手段(42)を含む前記機構。 - 摩擦手段(42)は、ハウジング(10、30、40;40’;40”;40’’’)に回転方向で拘束されるクリッカアーム(42)を有するクリッカ機構を含み、駆動部材(70)は、駆動部材(70)の用量投薬位置でクリッカアーム(42)と相互作用する歯(71)を含む、請求項1に記載の機構。
- クリッカアーム(42)は、径方向外方の方向へ弾性的に変位可能であり、クリッカアーム(42)の剛性は、その長さにわたって長手方向に変動する、請求項2に記載の機構。
- 手持ち式注射デバイスであって、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の投薬速度制御機構と、
設定用量の投薬を開始するために変位可能な解放ボタン(120)と
を含み、
ここで、駆動部材(70)は、解放ボタン(120)に連結され、したがって解放ボタン(120)の軸方向変位が駆動部材(70)に伝達される、前記注射デバイス。 - 用量設定中にはハウジング(10、30、40;40’;40”;40’’’)に対して第1の方向に回転し、用量投薬中にはハウジング(10、30、40;40’;40”;40’’’)に対して第2の反対の方向に回転する用量設定部材(50)をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の注射デバイス。
- ピストンロッド(80)をさらに含み、ここで、駆動部材(70)は、ピストンロッド(80)に回転方向で拘束され、軸方向に変位可能であり、ピストンロッド(80)は、ハウジング(10、30、40;40’;40”;40’’’)にねじ係合される、請求項4または5に記載の注射デバイス。
- ゼロ用量位置と最大用量位置との間で用量設定部材の回転運動を制限する制限要素(60)を有するリミッタ機構をさらに含み、ここで、制限要素(60)は、ハウジング(10、30、40;40’;40”;40’’’)または用量設定部材(50)の一方に対して第1の経路上で可動であり、回転方向で拘束されるが軸方向に変位可能であり、ハウジング(10、30、40;40’;40”;40’’’)または用量設定部材(50)の他方に対して第2の螺旋経路(53)上を可動であり、第1の経路および第2の経路(53)の少なくとも一方は、制限要素(60)の相対運動を制限するエンドストップ(54、55)を有する、請求項5または6に記載の注射デバイス。
- 用量設定部材(50)は、ハウジング(10、30、40;40’;40”;40’’’)内で軸方向で拘束される、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 用量設定部材(50)と駆動部材(70)との間に介在して設けられたクラッチ(72)をさらに含み、該クラッチ(72)は、用量設定中には用量設定部材(50)と駆動部材(70)との間の相対回転運動を可能にし、用量投薬中には用量設定部材(50)と駆動部材(70)との間の相対回転運動を防止する、請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 少なくとも用量設定部材(50)は、ハウジング(10、30、40;40’;40’’;40’’’)の外側から見える記号を備える、請求項4〜9のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- ハウジング(10、30、40;40’;40’’;40’’’)の外側から見える記号を備え、歯車(140)によって用量設定部材(50)に連結され、その結果、歯車(140)の回転が表示車(130)の断続的な回転を引き起こす、表示車(130)をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の注射デバイス。
- 駆動部材(70)と用量設定部材(50)との間に介在するリミッタ(90)によってカートリッジ(20)内に残っている液体の量を超過する用量の設定を防止する最終用量保護機構(50、70、90)をさらに含む、請求項5〜11のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 薬剤を収容するカートリッジ(20)を含む、請求項4〜12のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 駆動部材(70)を駆動するパワーリザーバ(100)は、カートリッジ(20)の内容物全体を投薬するのに必要とされるエネルギーを蓄積するように事前に張力がかけられた逆巻きのゼンマイばね(100)を含む、請求項13に記載の注射デバイス。
- 駆動部材(70)を駆動するパワーリザーバは、用量設定部材(50)に連結されたねじりばね(100’)を含み、したがって用量設定部材(50)の回転によりばね(100’)に張力がかかる、請求項13に記載の注射デバイス。
