Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る電流センサ100を示す図である。図2は、図1に示す電流センサ100のコアを示す斜視図である。図1及び図2では、図示するように直交座標系であるXYZ座標系を定義する。
図9は、実施の形態2の電流センサ200を制御回路230に接続した状態を示す図である。
図10は、実施の形態3の電流センサ300を制御回路330に接続した状態を示す図である。図10では、コア10、20と、ホール素子30、40(図1参照)とを纏めてブロックで示し、コア10、20及びホール素子30、40を現すブロックの出力側に差動アンプ50が接続されている構成を示す。
図11は、実施の形態4の電流センサ400を制御回路430に接続した状態を示す図である。

Claims (1)
- 信号線により制御部と接続される電流センサにおいて、
電流が流れる配線の周囲に配設され、周方向において二等分される一対の四半円環状の第1磁気コアを有する半円環状の第1磁気コアと、
前記一対の第1磁気コアの間のギャップに配設され、磁束密度を検出する第1センサと、
前記配線の周囲に配設され、周方向において二等分される一対の四半円環状の第2磁気コアを有する半円環状の第2磁気コアと、
前記一対の第2磁気コア部の間のギャップに配設され、磁束密度を検出する第2センサと、
前記第1センサの第1出力と、前記第2センサの第2出力との差動出力を出力する差動出力部と、
前記差動出力部の出力を電流として出力するオペアンプと
を含み、
前記オペアンプの出力が、前記信号線を介して前記制御部の第1端子に接続され、
前記オペアンプの反転入力端子が、前記信号線を介して前記制御部の第2端子に接続される、電流センサ。
