Description
2Lのオートクレーブに、24%のアンモニウム溶液の1200mL、296gのナトリウムイセチオン酸塩、及び2gの水酸化ナトリウムが添加される。この溶液は、自生圧力の下で、2時間260℃まで加熱される。冷却後、286.2gのアンモニウムイセチオン酸塩が添加され、そしてアンモニアが沸騰によって除去され溶液のpHをpH 6.5にする。過剰のアンモニアを除去する加熱、濃縮及び室温への冷却後、結晶性タウリンの懸濁液が得られる。タウリンは濾過によって回収され、そして189.3gに乾燥される。タウリンは、75.7%の収率で回収される。
実施例1の母液に、340gのガス状のアンモニアが添加され、そして12.4gの水酸化ナトリウムの添加が続き、全体積が脱イオン水を用いて1500mLに調整される。
この溶液は、2Lのオートクレーブ内に配置され、そして実施例1に記載されるようにアンモニウムイセチオン酸塩を用いて、アンモノリシス反応及び処理を受ける。
アンモニアを用いて飽和させた後タウリンの単離後の母液は、使用されるアンモニウムイセチオン酸塩に基づいて、96.4%の全体の収率のために、5回水酸化ナトリウムの15gの存在下で、アンモノリシス反応を繰り返し受ける。
Claims (3)
- タウリンを、アルカリタウリン酸塩、又は、アルカリタウリン酸塩及びアルカリジタウリン酸塩及びアルカリトリタウリン酸塩の混合物から製造するための方法であって、
(a)アルカリタウリン酸塩、又は、アルカリタウリン酸塩及びアルカリジタウリン酸塩及びアルカリトリタウリン酸塩の混合物の溶液にアンモニウムイセチオン酸塩を添加して、アルカリイセチオン酸塩及びアンモニウムタウリン酸塩を生成し、
(b)アンモニウムタウリン酸塩を加熱して分解し、アンモニアを除去することによって、タウリンを生成し、
(c)タウリンを固液分離によって分離することを含む
方法。 - アルカリタウリン酸塩及びアルカリジタウリン酸塩及びアルカリトリタウリン酸塩の混合物は、アルカリイセチオン酸塩のアンモノリシス反応によって製造される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アルカリ金属は、リチウム、ナトリウム又はカリウムである、請求項1に記載の方法。
