Claims (3)
- アイスクリームを含む冷菓を切断するための装置であって、
先端が鋭い刃先と該刃先から徐々に厚さが大きくなる刃元とを有する断面がくさび状に形成された刃物と、
前記刃物を取り付ける取付部材と、
前記取付部材をアイスクリームを含む冷菓の切断方向に沿って往復駆動させる駆動部材と、
前記刃物に対し該刃物を冷却するための冷却媒体を供給する冷却媒体供給部材と、を有し、
前記刃物は冷却媒体を保持する保持室を有する保持部材を介して前記取付部材に取り付けられており、該保持部材に前記冷却媒体供給部材が接続されて保持室に冷却媒体が供給されるように構成されていることを特徴とするアイスクリームを含む冷菓の切断装置。 - 前記刃物には、くさび状の断面に刃先に沿って冷却媒体を受け入れるための溝又は穴が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載したアイスクリームを含む冷菓の切断装置。
- 前記冷却媒体が液体窒素であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載したアイスクリームを含む冷菓の切断装置。
