Claims (8)
- ポンプハウジング(18)と、前記ポンプハウジング(18)内に偏心して取り付けられたシャフト(19)と、前記シャフト(19)に接続されたインペラー(21)及び駆動モータ(20,24)のロータ(20)と、前記インペラー(21)に平行に配置されたコントロールディスク(22)と、前記シャフト(19)のために設けられた第1主軸受(23)及び第2主軸受(26)とを備え、前記第1主軸受(23)は前記インペラー(21)と前記ロータ(20)との間に配置され、前記インペラー(21)は前記第1主軸受(23)と前記第2主軸受(26)との間に配置された液体リング真空ポンプにおいて、
前記第1主軸受(23)は前記コントロールディスク(22)の平面に配置されており、
前記シャフト(19)の軸方向位置は、前記インペラー(21)が前記第1主軸受(23)の端面に当接するということによって画定されることを特徴とする液体リング真空ポンプ。 - ポンプハウジング(18)と、前記ポンプハウジング(18)内に偏心して取り付けられたシャフト(19)と、前記シャフト(19)に接続されたインペラー(21)及び駆動モータ(20,24)のロータ(20)と、前記インペラー(21)に平行に配置されたコントロールディスク(22)と、前記シャフト(19)のために設けられた第1主軸受(23)及び第2主軸受(26)とを備え、前記第1主軸受(23)は前記インペラー(21)と前記ロータ(20)との間に配置され、前記インペラー(21)は前記第1主軸受(23)と前記第2主軸受(26)との間に配置された液体リング真空ポンプにおいて、
前記第1主軸受(23)は前記コントロールディスク(22)の平面に配置されており、
前記インペラー(21)は、ポンプの運転中の回転の結果として前記第1主軸受(23)の方向に力が生成されるように、設計されていることを特徴とする液体リング真空ポンプ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の液体リング真空ポンプにおいて、
前記第1主軸受(23)は、前記コントロールディスクに対して近接して配置されたハウジング部分(17)内に保持されていることを特徴とする液体リング真空ポンプ。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載の液体リング真空ポンプにおいて、
前記第1主軸受(23)は前記シャフト(19)からの半径方向の力及び軸方向の力を吸収するように設計されていることを特徴とする液体リング真空ポンプ。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1に記載の液体リング真空ポンプにおいて、
前記第2主軸受(26)は前記シャフトからの半径方向の力を吸収するように設計されていることを特徴とする液体リング真空ポンプ。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1に記載の液体リング真空ポンプにおいて、
前記駆動モータのロータ(20)及びステータ(24)は前記シャフト(19)のための動圧軸受を形成することを特徴とする液体リング真空ポンプ。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に記載の液体リング真空ポンプにおいて、
前記駆動モータ(20,24)のロータ(20)の反対側にラン・オン・リング(27)が設けられていることを特徴とする液体リング真空ポンプ。 - 請求項7に記載の液体リング真空ポンプにおいて、
前記ラン・オン・リング(27)は磨耗インジケータとしても働くことを特徴とする液体リング真空ポンプ。
