Claims (7)
- クロスヘッドを有する大型ターボ過給式2ストローク自己着火式内燃機関であって、
複数の掃気ポート(22)をそれぞれの下方領域に有し、かつ排気弁(4)をそれぞれの頂部に有する複数のシリンダ(1)と、
弁棒(23)と弁ディスク(25)とを有する排気弁(4)であって、前記弁ディスク(25)が弁座(26)に当たっている閉位置と開位置との間で両方向に移動可能な排気弁(4)と、
空気ばねピストン(67)が空気ばねシリンダ(69)に収容された、単動式の空気ばね(66)であって、前記弁棒(23)に作動可能に接続され、前記排気弁(4)をその閉位置に向けて弾力的に付勢するように構成された空気ばね(66)と、
軸穴(63)と、前記軸穴(63)に摺動可能かつ密封式に収容されて前記排気弁(4)の前記弁棒(23)に接続されたプランジャ(61)と、前記軸穴(63)内に、前記プランジャ(61)の片側に、設けられた圧力室(62)とを有する、単動式の油圧アクチュエータ(60)であって、前記圧力室(62)が加圧されたときに、前記排気弁(4)をその開位置に向けて付勢するように構成された油圧アクチュエータ(60)と、
前記油圧アクチュエータ(60)に接続された制御可能な加圧作動液源(80,81)であって、高圧作動液源(81)に接続される比例弁(80)を有する加圧作動液源(80,81)と、
前記排気弁(4)の速度を測定する手段(82)と、
前記加圧作動液源(80,81)に作動可能に接続された制御装置(50)であって、前記排気弁(4)の速度を測定する前記手段(82)により測定された、前記排気弁(4)の測定速度を表す信号を受信するように構成されると共に、前記排気弁(4)の前記測定速度に応じて前記制御可能な加圧作動液源(80,81)を制御することによって、前記排気弁(4)の速度を制御するように構成された制御装置(50)と、
を備え、前記制御装置(50)は、前記排気弁の前記座部から前記開位置までの移動中に前記排気弁を望ましい最大速度または平均速度に到達させるために、測定された前記排気弁(4)の速度に応じて前記比例弁(80)の開度を調節することにより、前記排気弁(4)の開弁運動の速度を制御するように構成される、機関。 - 前記望ましい最大速度または平均速度は前記機関の負荷に依存する、請求項1に記載の機関。
- 前記制御装置(50)は、前記望ましい最大速度または平均速度を実際の機関負荷に応じて調整するように構成される、請求項2に記載の機関。
- 前記制御装置(50)は、前記実際の機関負荷に応じた前記望ましい最大速度を方程式から、またはルックアップテーブルから、決定する、請求項3に記載の機関。
- 前記望ましい最大速度または平均速度は、前記排気弁(4)の十分に高速の開弁を保証するために十分に高い、かつ前記制御可能な作動液源(80,81)のキャビテーションを回避するために十分に低い、レベルに設定される、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の機関。
- 前記排気弁(4)の速度は、所与の機関サイクル数ごとに測定される、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の機関。
- 前記制御装置(50)は、前記排気弁(4)の最後に測定された速度に応じて前記制御可能な作動液源(80,81)を制御するように構成される、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の機関。
