Description
また、上記のように、駆動部は、駆動モータを含み、制御部は、カート本体を静止させる制御を行うとともに、カート本体を静止させた場合に、カート本体を静止させるために駆動モータに流れる電流値およびカート本体の傾き角度に基づいて、カート本体に積載された荷物の重量を取得する制御を行うように構成されている。これにより、駆動モータを制御するために通常設けられる電流検出機構を用いて、電流値により駆動モータの駆動力を検出することができる。その結果、駆動力を検出するために部品点数が増加するのを抑制することができるので、より簡素な構成により荷物の重量を取得することができる。
まず、図1および図2を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態による歩行アシストカート100の構成について説明する。
次に、図1〜図4および図8を参照して、第2実施形態について説明する。この第2実施形態では、少なくとも荷物Bの重量に起因する慣性力を打ち消す大きさのアシスト駆動力を取得した上記第1実施形態の構成に加えて、傾斜面において荷物Bの重量およびカート本体10の重量に起因する傾斜面の傾斜方向における重力の分力を打ち消す大きさのアシスト駆動力を取得する例について説明する。
次に、図1〜図4および図9〜図11を参照して、第3実施形態について説明する。この第3実施形態では、上記第1および第2実施形態とは異なり、路面の摩擦抵抗などを考慮した静止駆動力(Fs=K・Is)を取得して、荷物の重量を取得する例について説明する。

Claims (5)
- 駆動輪を有し、荷物を積載可能なカート本体と、
前記駆動輪を駆動させる駆動部と、
前記カート本体の傾き角度を検出するための傾き検出部と、
前記駆動部の駆動力および前記カート本体の傾き角度に基づいて、前記カート本体に積載された前記荷物の重量を取得する制御を行うとともに、取得された前記荷物の重量に基づいて、ユーザの歩行をアシストするためのアシスト駆動力を取得する制御を行う制御部と、を備え、
前記駆動部は、駆動モータを含み、
前記制御部は、前記カート本体を静止させる制御を行うとともに、前記カート本体を静止させた場合に、前記カート本体を静止させるために前記駆動モータに流れる電流値および前記カート本体の傾き角度に基づいて、前記カート本体に積載された前記荷物の重量を取得する制御を行うように構成されている、歩行アシストカート。 - 前記駆動部の駆動力は、前記カート本体を静止させるための静止駆動力を含み、
前記制御部は、前記カート本体を静止させる制御を行うとともに、前記カート本体を静止させた場合に、前記静止駆動力および静止させた前記カート本体の傾き角度に基づいて、前記カート本体に積載された前記荷物の重量を取得する制御を行うように構成されている、請求項1に記載の歩行アシストカート。 - 前記制御部は、取得された前記荷物の重量に応じて、前記荷物の重量に起因する力を打ち消す方向の前記アシスト駆動力を取得する制御を行うように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載の歩行アシストカート。
- 前記制御部は、前記カート本体が傾斜面に配置された際に、取得された前記荷物の重量に応じて、傾斜面において前記荷物の重量に起因する傾斜面の傾斜方向における重力の分力を打ち消す方向の前記アシスト駆動力を取得する制御を行うように構成されている、請求項3に記載の歩行アシストカート。
- 前記制御部は、前記カート本体を静止させた後、前記カート本体を静止させるために前記駆動モータに流れる電流値の絶対値を徐々に小さくする制御を行うとともに、前記カート本体の静止が解除された場合に、再び前記カート本体を静止させる制御を行うように構成されており、
前記制御部は、再び前記カート本体を静止させた場合に、前記カート本体を静止させるために前記駆動モータに流れる電流値および前記カート本体の傾き角度に基づいて、前記カート本体に積載された前記荷物の重量を取得する制御を行うように構成されている、請求項1に記載の歩行アシストカート。
