Claims (7)
- 内球面に複数のトラック溝が形成された外側継手部材と、外球面に外側継手部材のトラック溝と対をなす複数のトラック溝が形成された内側継手部材と、外側継手部材のトラック溝とこれに対応する内側継手部材のトラック溝とが協働して形成される複数のトルク伝達ボールトラックに配設される複数のトルク伝達ボールと、外側継手部材の内球面と内側継手部材の外球面との間に介在してトルク伝達ボールを保持するケージとを備え、前記トルク伝達ボールトラックを6個とした等速自在継手において、
外側継手部材のトラック溝及び内側継手部材のトラック溝をそれぞれ軸線に対して傾斜させるとともに、各トルク伝達ボールトラックでは、外側継手部材のトラック溝とこれに対向する内側継手部材のトラック溝を軸線に対して反対方向に傾斜させ、4個のトルク伝達ボールトラックでは、外側継手部材のトラック溝同士を同一方向に傾斜させるとともに、内側継手部材のトラック溝同士を同一方向に傾斜させ、他の2個のトルク伝達ボールトラックでは、外側継手部材のトラック溝を前記4個のトルク伝達ボールトラックの外側継手部材のトラック溝と反対方向に傾斜させ、内側継手部材のトラック溝を前記4個のトルク伝達ボールトラックの内側継手部材のトラック溝と反対方向に傾斜させ、かつ、継手軸心に関して180°反対のトルク伝達ボールトラックの各トラック溝の傾斜方向を同一としたことを特徴とする固定式等速自在継手。 - 外側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心と外側継手部材の内球面の曲率中心の軸方向のオフセットと、内側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心と内側継手部材の外球面の曲率中心の軸方向のオフセットとを0としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 各トルク伝達ボールトラックの外側継手部材のトラック溝と内側継手部材のトラック溝の交差角を同一としたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 前記2個のトルク伝達ボールトラックの外側継手部材のトラック溝と内側継手部材のトラック溝の交差角を、前記4個のトルク伝達ボールトラックの外側継手部材のトラック溝と内側継手部材のトラック溝の交差角よりも大きくしたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 前記交差角を4°〜16°としたことを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- トルク伝達ボールとトラック溝との接触角を30°〜45°のアンギュラコンタクトとしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 外側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心が外側継手部材の内球面の曲率中心に対して径方向にオフセットするとともに、内側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心が内側継手部材の外球面の曲率中心に対して、径方向にオフセットしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の等速自在継手。
