Description
−外面及び内面を有する透明な基板、
−該基板の外面及び/又は内面に設けられた反射層、及び
−該反射層に対して内室側に配置された切換可能な機能素子、を有しており、
前記反射層は、1.6〜2.55の屈折率nRを有する材料を含んでおり、前記反射層の前記屈折率nRと厚さdの積は、250nm〜960nmである。
−反射層を、透明な基板の外面又は内面に付与し、
−機能素子を、透明なカバーガラスの外面又は内面に付与するか、又は熱可塑性の中間層内に装入し、且つ
−基板を、熱、真空及び/又は圧力の作用下で、熱可塑性の中間層を介してカバーガラスと結合する。
−反射層を透明な基板の外面又は内面に付与し、
−機能素子を、透明なカバーガラスの外面又は内面に付与し、且つ
−基板を、少なくとも1つのスペーサを介してカバーガラスと結合する。
−反射層を、透明な基板の外面に付与し、且つ
−機能素子を、基板の内面に付与する。
Claims (16)
- 切換可能な光学特性を備えた窓ガラスであって、少なくとも、
−外面(I)及び内面(II)を有する透明な基板(1)、
−前記外面(I)及び前記内面(II)の少なくともいずれか1つに設けられた反射層(2)、及び
−該反射層(2)に対して内室側に配置された切換可能な機能素子(3)、を有しており、
前記反射層(2)は、1つの個別の均質な層であり、複数の個別層から成る層合成体ではなく、
前記反射層(2)は、1.6〜2.55の屈折率nRを有する材料を含んでおり、
前記反射層(2)の前記屈折率nRと厚さdの積は、以下の選択物i)、ii)、iii)又はiv)に一致し:
i)365nm〜400nm又は730nm〜800nm、当該範囲は、緑色の外側の反射色を生じる、
ii)435nm〜480nm又は870nm〜960nm、当該範囲は、金色の外側の反射色を生じる、
iii)305nm〜365nm又は610nm〜730nm、当該範囲は、青色の外側の反射色を生じる、
iv)270nm〜285nm又は500nm〜600nm、当該範囲は、紫色の外側の反射色を生じる、
前記外側の反射色は、観察角度に左右されない、
ことを特徴とする、切換可能な光学特性を備えた窓ガラス。 - 前記基板(1)は前記内面(II)で以て、少なくとも1つの熱可塑性の中間層(5)を介して、外面(III)及び内面(IV)を有する透明なカバーガラス(4)と結合されており、前記機能素子(3)は、前記外面(III)又は前記内面(IV)に配置されているか、前記熱可塑性の中間層(5)内に配置されている、請求項1記載の窓ガラス。
- 前記基板(1)は前記内面(II)で以て、少なくとも1つのスペーサ(7)を介して、外面(III)及び内面(IV)を有する透明なカバーガラス(4)と結合されており、前記機能素子(3)は、前記外面(III)又は前記内面(IV)に配置されている、請求項1記載の窓ガラス。
- 前記反射層(2)は、前記外面(I)に配置されており、前記機能素子(3)は、前記内面(II)に配置されている、請求項1記載の窓ガラス。
- 前記反射層(2)は少なくとも、窒化ケイ素、酸化スズ、酸窒化ケイ素、酸化亜鉛、酸化ジルコニウム、窒化アルミニウム、酸化インジウムスズ、酸化スズ亜鉛、酸化チタン亜鉛及び酸化チタンケイ素の少なくともいずれか1つを含んでいる、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の窓ガラス。
- 前記機能素子(3)は、エレクトロクロミック機能素子、PDLC機能素子、SPD機能素子、サーモクロミック機能素子、ガスクロミック機能素子、フォトクロミック機能素子、フォトエレクトロクロミック機能素子、又はサーモトロピック機能素子である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の窓ガラス。
- 前記基板(1)は、プレストレスが加えられていないか、プレストレスが部分的に加えられているか、或いはプレストレスが加えられたガラスを含んでいる、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の窓ガラス。
- 前記ガラスは、板ガラス、フロートガラス、石英ガラス、ホウケイ酸ガラス、ソーダ石灰ガラスである、請求項7記載の窓ガラス。
- 前記基板(1)は、透明プラスチックを含む、請求項7記載の窓ガラス。
- 前記透明プラスチックは、剛性の透明プラスチックである、請求項9記載の窓ガラス。
- 前記透明プラスチックは、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリスチロール、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリ塩化ビニル及びこれらの混合物の少なくともいずれか1つである、請求項9または10記載の窓ガラス。
- 前記基板(1)は、20μm〜10mmの厚さを有している、請求項7から11までのいずれか1項記載の窓ガラス。
- 請求項1、2又は5〜12までのいずれか1項記載の窓ガラスの製造方法であって、少なくとも
−前記反射層(2)を、透明な前記基板(1)の外面(I)又は内面(II)に付与し、
−切換可能な前記機能素子(3)を、透明な前記カバーガラス(4)の外面(III)又は内面(IV)に付与するか、又は前記熱可塑性の中間層(5)内に装入し、且つ
−前記基板(1)を、熱、真空及び圧力の少なくともいずれか1つの作用下で、前記熱可塑性の中間層(5)を介して前記カバーガラス(4)と結合する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1、2又は5〜12までのいずれか1項記載の窓ガラスの製造方法。 - 請求項1、3又は5〜12までのいずれか1項記載の窓ガラスの製造方法であって、少なくとも
−前記反射層(2)を透明な前記基板(1)の外面(I)又は内面(II)に付与し、
−切換可能な前記機能素子(3)を、透明な前記カバーガラス(4)の外面(III)又は内面(IV)に付与し、且つ
−前記基板(1)を、前記少なくとも1つのスペーサ(7)を介して前記カバーガラス(4)と結合する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1、3又は5〜12までのいずれか1項記載の窓ガラスの製造方法。 - 請求項1又は4〜12までのいずれか1項記載の窓ガラスの製造方法であって、少なくとも
−前記反射層(2)を、透明な前記基板(1)の外面(I)に付与し、且つ
−切換可能な前記機能素子(3)を、前記基板(1)の内面(II)に付与する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は4〜12までのいずれか1項記載の窓ガラスの製造方法。 - 外側の反射色を調整するための、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の窓ガラスにおける前記反射層(2)の使用。
