Claims (8)
- 周長を有し、機器によって堆積されて、未焼成で約0.6mm〜0.9mmの高さを有するシール材を、第1ガラス基板上に堆積させるステップと、
真空断熱ガラス窓ユニットが焼成後の高さのばらつきが約0.20mm未満のシール材を有するように、前記第1ガラス基板と、第2ガラス基板と、前記第1ガラス基板と前記第2ガラス基板との間に挟まれた前記シール材と、を含む部分組立品を焼成するステップと、
を含み、
前記焼成するステップは、実質的に少なくとも約20から30分の間、前記部分組立品に適用される対流サイクルを含み、
前記対流サイクル中の温度ばらつきは、約2℃以下である、
真空断熱ガラス窓ユニットの製造方法。 - 機器によって堆積された前記シール材の未焼成での高さは約0.6mm〜0.7mmの範囲内であって、前記焼成するステップは短波赤外線処理を含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記周長における焼成後の前記シール材の高さのばらつきは、約0.15mm以下である、
請求項1から請求項2のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記周長における焼成後の前記シール材の高さのばらつきは、約0.10mm以下である、
請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記シール材の前記周長によって規定されたキャビティの圧力を大気圧未満にするステップをさらに含む、
請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記シール材は、フリットを含有する接着剤を含む、
請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記シール材は、バナジウムを含む、
請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に複数のスペーサーを配置するステップをさらに含む、
