Claims (4)
- モータ部と、車輪ハブ軸受部と、前記モータ部の出力回転を減速して前記車輪ハブ軸受部に伝達する減速部と、前記減速部内部に潤滑油を流す潤滑油回路としての潤滑油タンクと、前記潤滑油タンクから前記減速部に潤滑油を供給する供給油路と、前記減速部から前記潤滑油タンクに潤滑油を排出する排出油路とを備え、
前記排出油路に設けられる温度センサ支持部材と、前記温度センサ支持部材に支持されて前記排出油路を流れる潤滑油の温度を検出する温度センサとをさらに備える、インホイールモータ駆動装置。 - 前記潤滑油タンクは前記減速部の下方に設けられ、
前記排出油路は、前記減速部と前記潤滑油タンクの境界壁を上下方向に貫通する貫通孔であり、
前記温度センサ支持部材は前記貫通孔の上方に設けられる、請求項1に記載のインホイールモータ駆動装置。 - 前記温度センサ支持部材は、下端側が上端側よりも小径になった開口形状の受口部と、前記受口部の下端側を横切って延びる横穴とを有し、前記横穴内に前記温度センサを収容する、請求項1または2に記載のインホイールモータ駆動装置。
- 前記温度センサで検出した潤滑油温度が所定の規定値以上の場合に、前記モータ部の出力を制限する温度対応モータ制御手段をさらに備える、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のインホイールモータ駆動装置。
