Claims (6)
- アンカー・イン・アンカー固定アセンブリであって、
少なくとも1つのアンカー・イン・アンカーシステムは、第1のネジシャフトと第1のヘッドを備えている第1の骨ネジであって、前記第1のネジシャフトは第1の縦方向シャフト軸に沿って延び、前記第1のヘッドはボア軸に沿って貫通して延びるボアを形成し、このボアは、内ネジを形成する内面を有し、前記ボア軸及び前記第1の縦方向シャフト軸が鋭角を形成する前記第1の骨ネジと、
第2のネジシャフトと第2のヘッドを備えている第2の骨ネジであって、前記第2のネジシャフトは第2の縦方向シャフト軸に沿って延びるように構成され、前記第2のヘッドは前記ボアの前記内ネジと係合するように形成された外ネジを形成する外面を有している、前記第2の骨ネジと、を有する前記少なくとも1つのアンカー・イン・アンカーシステムと、
骨管内に挿入するように構成された髄内釘であって、前記髄内釘は本体を有し、前記髄内釘は前記本体を通って延びる複数の開口を形成している、前記髄内釘と、
を有し、
前記第1のヘッドは、湾曲外面を形成し、前記複数の開口は、前記第1のヘッドの前記湾曲外面と嵌合する内側湾曲面を形成し、
前記第2のヘッドが前記第1のヘッドの前記ボアと係合した状態で、前記第2の縦方向シャフト軸が前記ボア軸に沿って延び、前記第2の縦方向シャフト軸と前記第1の縦方向シャフト軸とが鋭角を形成することを特徴とするアンカー・イン・アンカー固定アセンブリ。 - 前記第2のヘッドは、前記ボア内に配置されるように構成され、かつ前記第2のヘッドは、前記第1のヘッドを前記複数の開口の前記内側湾曲面に対して拡張させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンカー・イン・アンカー固定アセンブリ。
- 前記第1のヘッドは、拡張可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンカー・イン・アンカー固定アセンブリ。
- 前記第1のヘッドは、1対の拡張可能保持タブを形成する少なくとも1つのスロットを形成することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアンカー・イン・アンカー固定アセンブリ。
- 前記スロットは、前記第1のヘッドを貫通して延びることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のアンカー・イン・アンカー固定アセンブリ。
- 複数のスロットが、前記第1のヘッドを通って部分的に延びることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のアンカー・イン・アンカー固定アセンブリ。
