Description
ナフトール染料で着色される第一着色領域と、
反応性染料で着色される第二着色領域と、
が生地に形成された繊維製品の製造方法であって、
前記第一着色領域を形成するための色糊に酸性作用抑制剤が含まれ、
前記酸性作用抑制剤は、前記生地が前記反応性染料で染色される温度以上の温度においてアルカリ性を示す。
まず、上記と同様の下漬処理工程と織り工程と縁縫い工程とが順に行われた。生地は木綿繊維のパイル織物で形成されていた。この未処理の生地の強度は経糸252N、緯糸272Nであった。
実施例1において、第一色糊中の染料の濃度を表1に示すようにした。これ以外は、実施例1と同様にして繊維製品が製造された。
実施例1において、第一色糊中に酸性作用抑制剤を配合せず、第一色糊の酸性作用抑制剤の濃度を0g/Lとした。また、第一色糊中の染料の濃度を表2に示すようにした。これ以外は、実施例1と同様にして繊維製品が製造された。
実施例1において、第一色糊中の染料の濃度を表3に示すようにし、熱処理工程におけるスチーミングにおける乾熱状態の温度及び時間を150℃、2分とした。これ以外は、実施例1と同様にして繊維製品が製造された。
実施例1において、第一色糊中に酸性作用抑制剤を配合せず、第一色糊の酸性作用抑制剤の濃度を0g/Lとした。また、第一色糊中の染料の濃度を表4に示すようにし、熱処理工程におけるスチーミングにおける乾熱状態の温度及び時間を150℃、2分とした。これ以外は、実施例1と同様にして繊維製品が製造された。
実施例1において、第一色糊に含まれる酸性作用抑制剤として、(株)朝日化学工業のギ酸ソーダを20g/Lの濃度で使用し、熱処理工程におけるスチーミングにおける乾熱状態の温度及び時間を130℃、15分とした。これ以外は、実施例1と同様にして繊維製品が製造された。
実施例1において、熱処理工程におけるスチーミングにおける乾熱状態の温度及び時間を130℃、15分とし、晒工程の条件を苛性ソーダ1g/L、過酸化水素1g/Lからなる処理浴で、晒温度を90〜95℃、晒時間を90分とした。これ以外は、実施例1と同様にして繊維製品が製造された。
プリント工程において、第一色糊及び第二色糊に加えて、顔料色糊が使用され、第三着色領域が形成された。この顔料色糊には、(株)松井色素化学工業所製の「Xペースト」が93.8%、松井色素化学工業所(株)製の商品名「フィクサーXAE」が5%、(株)松井色素化学工業所製の「ダイストーン プリントゲンXA−2」が0.2%、(株)松井色素化学工業所製の「顔料R−MX」が1%で含有されていた。生地を示す第三着色領域のの割合は2%であり、第三着色領域は1mm以下の太さの柄で形成されていた。また、熱処理工程におけるスチーミングにおける乾熱状態の温度及び時間を130℃、15分とした。これら以外は、実施例1と同様にして繊維製品が製造された。
実施例1において、第一色糊に含まれる酸性作用抑制剤であるクラリアント ジャパン株式会社製の商品名「ドリマレンソルトFD」の濃度を0.5g/Lとし、熱処理工程におけるスチーミングにおける乾熱状態の温度及び時間を130℃、15分とした。これ以外は、実施例1と同様にして繊維製品が製造された。
実施例1において、第一色糊に含まれる酸性作用抑制剤であるクラリアント ジャパン株式会社製の商品名「ドリマレンソルトFD」の濃度を30g/Lとし、熱処理工程におけるスチーミングにおける乾熱状態の温度及び時間を130℃、15分とした。これ以外は、実施例1と同様にして繊維製品が製造された。
実施例1において、第一色糊に酸性作用抑制剤を配合せず、第一色糊の酸性作用抑制剤の濃度を0g/Lとした。また、熱処理工程におけるスチーミングにおける乾熱状態の温度及び時間を130℃、15分とした。また、晒工程の条件を苛性ソーダ1g/L、過酸化水素1g/Lからなる処理浴で、晒温度を90〜95℃、晒時間を90分とした。これ以外は、実施例1と同様にして繊維製品が製造された。

Claims (4)
- ナフトール染料で着色される第一着色領域と、
反応性染料で着色される第二着色領域とが
生地に形成された繊維製品の製造方法であって、
前記第一着色領域を形成するための色糊に酸性作用抑制剤が含まれ、
前記酸性作用抑制剤は、前記生地が前記反応性染料で染色される温度以上の温度においてアルカリ性を示し、
前記酸性作用抑制剤がトリクロロ酢酸ソーダ又はギ酸ソーダである
繊維製品の製造方法。 - ナフトール染料で着色される第一着色領域と、
反応性染料で着色される第二着色領域とが
生地に形成された繊維製品の製造方法であって、
前記第一着色領域を形成するための色糊に酸性作用抑制剤が含まれ、
前記酸性作用抑制剤は、前記生地が前記反応性染料で染色される温度以上の温度においてアルカリ性を示し、
前記色糊に対する前記酸性作用抑制剤の添加量が0.5〜30g/Lの範囲内である

処理浴に乳酸及び過酸化水素が含まれると共に、前記処理浴の温度が10〜30℃の範囲内である
