Description
(イ)前記第一伝熱部材は前記管部材にインサート成形により一体化されている構成である(請求項2)。
(ロ)前記加熱部材は平板状のPTC( positive temperature coefficient )素子からなるとともに、前記第一伝熱部材及び/又は第二伝熱部材は前記PTC素子の電極と当接する部分が平面部に形成されている構成である(請求項3)。なお、PTC素子は、半導体や電子セラミックヒータと称されることもある。
(ハ)前記PTC素子は、前記第一伝熱部材と第二伝熱部材とで挟持され、かつ前記第二伝熱部材側から付勢された状態で保持されている構成である(請求項4)。
(ホ)前記第二伝熱部材は、前記管部材に設けられた位置決め空間(隙間等)に配置される基板部と、前記基板部に延長形成されている前記端子部材と、前記基板部の一部を切り起こした状態に設けられて該基板部を前記PTC素子側へ押圧可能な弾性爪とを有している構成である(請求項6)。
(1)第1形態の配管装置6は、管部材1、金属製の第一伝熱部材2及び第二伝熱部材3、加熱部材5、端子部材22,32とからなる構造で、第一伝熱部材2及び第二伝熱部材3が端子部材22,32を一部に形成しているため部品点数を削減できるだけではなく、組立も簡略化できる。
(1)第2形態の配管装置6Aは、管部材9、金属製の第一伝熱部材2A及び第二伝熱部材3A、加熱部材であるPTC素子5A、端子部材22,32とからなる構造で、第一伝熱部材2A及び第二伝熱部材3Aが端子部材22,32を一部に形成しているため部品点数を削減できるだけではなく、組立も簡略化できる。

Claims (6)
- 流体を流す流路を形成している管部材と、前記管部材を加熱するため熱を発生させる加熱部材と、前記加熱部材と当接して前記管部材に熱を伝える金属製で異形状の第一伝熱部材及び第二伝熱部材と、前記加熱部材と伝熱部材を電気的に接続可能にする端子部材とを備えた流体用の配管装置であって、
前記第一伝熱部材は、前記管部材の軸線方向に配置される筒部又は半筒部と、前記筒部又は半筒部の一部を切り起こした前記端子部材とを有し、前記筒部又は半筒部が前記流路内に露出しないよう前記管部材に設けられていることを特徴とする流体用の配管装置。 - 前記第一伝熱部材は前記管部材にインサート成形により一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体用の配管装置。
- 前記加熱部材は平板状のPTC素子からなるとともに、前記第一伝熱部材及び/又は第二伝熱部材は前記PTC素子の電極と当接する部分が平面部に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の流体用の配管装置。
- 前記PTC素子は、前記第一伝熱部材と第二伝熱部材とで挟持され、かつ前記第二伝熱部材側から付勢された状態で保持されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の流体用の配管装置。
- 前記第一伝熱部材は、前記筒部に設けられて軸線方向に延びる横スリットと、前記横スリットの縁部に設けられた凹凸部ないしは波状部とを有していることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れかに記載の流体用の配管装置。
- 前記第二伝熱部材は、前記管部材に設けられた位置決め空間に配置される基板部と、前記基板部に延長形成されている前記端子部材と、前記基板部の一部を切り起こした状態に設けられて該基板部を前記PTC素子側へ押圧可能な弾性爪とを有していることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れかに記載の流体用の配管装置。
