Claims (12)
- 多孔質な3次元構造を有する3次元体として作られたインプラント用材料であって、当該材料は、貫通した孔と、均一に配置され当該内側表面に連結した片側が開口した穴であって、当該穴は150−300μmの範囲で任意的に分配されたサイズを有する前記片側が開口した穴とを有し、チタニウムもしくはチタニウム合金で作製された補強要素を具備するものであり、
当該補強要素はメッシュ状に形成され、当該メッシュの外側表面に均一に分配され前記3次元体の表面に配置され、各々が直方体であって、補強要素の厚さに一致した厚みを有する突起部を有する補強要素であることを特徴とする、材料。 - 請求項1に記載の材料であって、前記補強要素の外側の前記突起部の一部は矢型に形成されたことを特徴とする、材料。
- 請求項1に記載の材料であって、前記補強要素はチタニウムシートの押し抜きもしくはチタニウムワイヤーを織ることによって作製されることを特徴とする、材料。
- 請求項1に記載の材料であって、前記補強要素のメッシュの開口部のサイズは前記孔の最大のサイズよりも小さくないことを特徴とする、材料。
- 請求項1に記載の材料であって、前記3次元構造はチタニウム粉末から形成されることを特徴とする、材料。
- 請求項1に記載の材料であって、前記3次元構造はチタニウム粉末がプレスされた基部を有することを特徴とする、材料。
- 骨との接触用の生体適合性を有する多孔質なメタル領域と、歯科補綴用の台座部とを有する歯科インプラントであって、前記生体適合性を有する多孔質なメタル領域は請求項1から6に記載の材料で作製され、圧入により顎骨に植え込まれる可能性を有することを特徴とする、歯科インプラント。
- 請求項7に記載の歯科インプラントであって、前記材料は横断面が円形もしくは楕円形の円筒もしくは錐台に形成されることを特徴とする、歯科インプラント。
- 請求項7に記載の歯科インプラントであって、前記材料は板(plate)の形状を有し、前記補強要素の外側表面に千鳥配列(staggered order)された突起部を有することを特徴とする、歯科インプラント。
- 骨との接触用の生体適合性を有する多孔質なメタル領域と、歯科補綴用の台座部を有する歯科インプラントであって、前記生体適合性を有する多孔質なメタル領域は請求項1から6に記載の材料から円筒形状もしくは錐台形状に形成され、突起部が補強要素の外側表面上に螺旋状に配置されることで前記歯科インプラントを顎骨にねじ込むための螺旋線路を形成することを特徴とする、歯科インプラント。
- 骨との接触用の生体適合性を有する多孔質なメタル領域と、歯科補綴用の台座部とを有する歯科インプラントであって、前記生体適合性を有する多孔質なメタル領域は請求項1から6に記載の材料から抜歯される歯の予め取得した3D断層撮影画像に従って作製されるものであり、前記骨との接触用の生体適合性を有する多孔質なメタル領域の形状とサイズは当該歯根の形状とサイズに完全一致することを特徴とする、歯科インプラント。
- 歯科インプラントの製造方法であって、当該歯科インプラントは、骨と接触し抜歯直後に顎骨に圧入される生体適合性を有する多孔質なメタル領域と、基部と、歯科補綴用の台座部とを有するものであり、当該方法は前記基部の製造工程と前記基部上において多孔質なメタル領域の形成工程含むものであり、この方法は、
前記インプラントと置換される歯の3D断層撮影画像をあらかじめ取得する工程と、
当該歯根の3次元モデルを前記断層撮影画像に従って作製する工程と、
当該モデルに従って、骨と接触する多孔質なメタル領域を請求項1から6に記載の材料から形成する工程であって、当該多孔質なメタル領域の形状およびサイズはこのインプラントと置換される歯の根の形状およびサイズと完全に一致するものである工程と
を有することを特徴とする、前記製造方法。
