Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte au domaine de la médecine et peut être utilisée dans la production d'implants destinés à des endoprothèses d'articulations, ainsi qu'au remplacement de tissus osseux en traumatologie, en orthopédie et en stomatologie. Cette invention consiste à fabriquer une structure poreuse d'implant qui permet d'assurer une régénération profonde et maximale des tissus osseux dans toutes les directions, un débit sans entrave des flux sanguin, lymphatique et d'autres substances physiologiques liquides à travers l'implant, ainsi qu'une plus grande vitesse de croissance des tissus osseux devant être régénérés. La structure poreuse permettant d'assurer ces fonctions est faite d'un corps tridimensionnel de dimensions commensurables, lequel corps est traversé de pores ouverts et comprend également des pores en cul-de-sac. Les pores ouverts traversent le corps dans toutes les directions, le volume total des pores ouverts et en cul-de-sac représentant au moins 40 % du volume de la structure poreuse dans son ensemble. Les pores en cul-de-sac sont répartis régulièrement sur les surfaces internes des pores ouverts, et communiquent avec lesdites surfaces.
