- エンジン(11、E)またはモータ(450)として構成される動力源と、該動力源と駆動輪(WR)との間に設けられる駆動力伝達装置(16、M、543)と、該駆動力伝達装置(16、M、543)に設けられ、前記動力源の回転動力を前記駆動輪(WR)の側へと接続又は切断する発進クラッチ(CL1,CL2,326,540)と、を備え、
前記発進クラッチ(CL1,CL2,326,540)の接続又は切断する操作を自動的に行う自動クラッチ操作装置(18,326,540)が設けられる自動クラッチ車両(10A,10B,10C)において、
前記駆動輪(WR)に設けられ、当該駆動輪(WR)を制動するブレーキ装置(4a)と、
当該ブレーキ装置(4a)を操作するブレーキアクチュエータ(14a)と、
当該ブレーキアクチュエータ(14a)を制御するブレーキ制御装置(1,1B,1C)と、を備え、
前記ブレーキ制御装置(1,1B,1C)は、前記自動クラッチ操作装置(18,326,540)が前記発進クラッチを自動的に接続する際に、前記ブレーキアクチュエータ(14a)を作動させることにより前記駆動輪(WR)の回転を制動し、
前記動力源の回転数を検出する回転数センサ(36,572)と、車速を検出する車速センサ(16a)と、をさらに備え、
前記ブレーキ制御装置(1,1B,1C)は、
前記車速センサ(16a)の検出した車速が所定の閾値以下であり、かつ、前記回転数センサ(36,572)の検出した回転数が、前記自動クラッチ操作装置(18,326,540)が前記発進クラッチ(CL1,CL2,326,540)を自動的に接続する所定の半クラッチ回転領域にある場合に、
前記ブレーキアクチュエータ(14a)を作動させて前記駆動輪(WR)を制動することを特徴とする自動クラッチ車両。 - 前記動力源はエンジン(11、E)として構成されており、
前記発進クラッチ(CL1,CL2,326,540)は、クラッチ容量が選択可能な可変容量クラッチ(CL1,CL2,326)であり、
前記自動クラッチ操作装置(18,326,540)は、前記可変容量クラッチ(CL1,CL2,326)の容量を電子制御し、
前記ブレーキ制御装置(1,1B,1C)は、前記自動クラッチ操作装置(18)が制御するクラッチ容量に関する第一パラメータに基づいて、前記ブレーキアクチュエータ(14a)を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動クラッチ車両。 - 前記エンジン(11、E)を制御するエンジン制御装置(60)をさらに備え、
前記ブレーキ制御装置(1,1B,1C)は、前記エンジン制御装置(60)によるエンジン制御出力に関する第二パラメータに基づいて、前記ブレーキアクチュエータ(14a)を制御することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動クラッチ車両。 - 前記ブレーキ制御装置(1,1B,1C)は、
前記クラッチ容量に関する第一パラメータと前記エンジン制御出力に関する第二パラメータとに基づいて、当該ブレーキ制御装置(1,1B,1C)による制御がなされない場合に前記駆動輪(WR)に発生することが予測されるものとしての予測駆動トルクと、当該予測駆動トルクよりも小さく規範を表すものとしての規範駆動トルクと、を導出し、
当該予測駆動トルクと当該規範駆動トルクとの差に基づいて、前記ブレーキアクチュエータ(14a)を制御することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の自動クラッチ車両。 - エンジン(11、E)またはモータ(450)として構成される動力源と、該動力源と駆動輪(WR)との間に設けられる駆動力伝達装置(16、M、543)と、該駆動力伝達装置(16、M、543)に設けられ、前記動力源の回転動力を前記駆動輪(WR)の側へと接続又は切断する発進クラッチ(CL1,CL2,326,540)と、を備え、
前記発進クラッチ(CL1,CL2,326,540)の接続又は切断する操作を自動的に行う自動クラッチ操作装置(18,326,540)が設けられる自動クラッチ車両(10A,10B,10C)において、
前記駆動輪(WR)に設けられ、当該駆動輪(WR)を制動するブレーキ装置(4a)と、
当該ブレーキ装置(4a)を操作するブレーキアクチュエータ(14a)と、
当該ブレーキアクチュエータ(14a)を制御するブレーキ制御装置(1,1B,1C)と、を備え、
前記ブレーキ制御装置(1,1B,1C)は、前記自動クラッチ操作装置(18,326,540)が前記発進クラッチを自動的に接続する際に、前記ブレーキアクチュエータ(14a)を作動させることにより前記駆動輪(WR)の回転を制動し、
前記発進クラッチ(CL1,CL2,326,540)及び前記自動クラッチ操作装置(18,326,540)は、インナーロータ(328,542)及びアウターロータ(341,541)並びに当該インナーロータ(328,542)及び当該アウターロータ(341,541)を係脱可能な遠心ウェイトを備える遠心クラッチ(326,540)として構成されており、
前記遠心クラッチ(326,540)におけるインナーロータ(328,542)の回転数を検出する回転数センサ(332,572)と、車速を検出する車速センサ(16a)と、をさらに備え、
前記ブレーキ制御装置(1,1B,1C)は、
前記車速センサ(16a)が検出した車速が所定の閾値以下であり、かつ、前記回転数センサ(332,572)が検出した回転数が、前記遠心クラッチ(326,540)が係脱作動する所定の半クラッチ回転領域にある場合に、
前記ブレーキアクチュエータ(14a)を作動させて前記駆動輪(WR)を制動することを特徴とする自動クラッチ車両。 - 前記ブレーキ制御装置(1,1B,1C)は、前記車速が所定の閾値以下であり、かつ、前記回転数が所定の半クラッチ回転領域にある場合に、
前記ブレーキアクチュエータ(14a)を一定出力で作動させて前記駆動輪(WR)を制動することを特徴とする請求項1または5に記載の自動クラッチ車両。
