本発明は、シリコーンエポキシ組成物、それを製造する方法およびその使用に関する。一実施形態において、本発明のシリコーンエポキシエーテル組成物は、少なくとも1個のエポキシ官能基を含むシランエポキシポリエーテルである。別の実施形態において、本発明のシリコーンエポキシエーテル組成物は、少なくとも1個のエポキシ官能基を含むシロキサンエポキシポリエーテルである。なお別の実施形態において、本発明は、リチウム系バッテリーおよび他のエネルギー蓄積装置中の電解質溶媒としての使用に適したシリコーンエポキシポリエーテル組成物に関する。

下表1に詳述される様々な濃度で溶媒として働く式(IV)および(V)の化合物を用いて、LiPF6塩を式(IV)および式(V)の両方に様々な濃度で溶解する。本明細書に含まれる実施例のすべてで得られた溶液のイオン伝導率は、Hach Sension 7伝導率計を使用して測定する。イオン伝導率の値は、下表1から3に報告する。
Claims (9)
- (a)式(IV)および/または(V):
- LiClO4、LiCF3SO3、LiBF4、LiPF6、LiAsF6、LiN(SO2CF3)2、リチウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)アミド、ビスオキサラトホウ酸リチウム、またはその任意の2種以上の組み合わせから選択される少なくとも1種のリチウム塩のための電解質溶媒である、請求項1に記載の組成物。

- 請求項1に記載の組成物と少なくとも1種のリチウム塩の該組み合わせが、室温で1mS/cmを超えるイオン伝導率を有する溶液を与え、ここで、そのような溶液は1種または複数の炭酸アルキル化合物を5重量パーセント未満含む、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 該電解質溶媒組成物が、1種または複数のシリコン含有ポリエーテル化合物と組み合わせてアリルグリシジルエーテル、ジエチレングリコールモノメチルエーテル、アリルメトキシポリエーテル、またはその2種以上の任意の組み合わせから選択される10体積パーセントまでの1つまたは複数の化合物をさらに含む、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 該電解質溶媒組成物が、1種または複数のシリコン含有ポリエーテル化合物と組み合わせて少なくとも1種の炭酸アルキル化合物をさらに含む、請求項1から4又は6のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 該少なくとも1種の炭酸アルキルが、1種または複数のシリコン含有ポリエーテル化合物と1種または複数の炭酸アルキルの合計体積に対して20から50体積パーセントの範囲で存在する、請求項7に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の組成物を含む電気化学デバイス。
