Claims (4)
- 電動機の入力電圧を測定する測定部と、
前記入力電圧から、前記電動機の回転子周波数を推定する推定部と、
前記回転子周波数を利用して、予め設定された電圧に対する周波数に該当する第1比率に応じてインバータの出力電圧又は出力周波数を変更するように制御する制御部と、を含み、
前記推定部は、
前記入力電圧から、前記インバータが前記電動機に印加した周波数に該当する第1電圧、及び、第1電圧より位相が実質的に90度遅れる第2電圧を生成する生成部と、
前記第1電圧及び前記第2電圧を正規化する正規化部と、
前記電動機の出力電圧の周波数を決めるための制御帯域幅を決める決定部と、
前記正規化部の正規化された出力を利用して前記制御帯域幅をベースに前記回転子周波数を決める第2検出部と、を含み、
前記決定部は、正規化された前記第1電圧及び前記第2電圧と、前記第2検出部の増幅利得とに基づいて前記制御帯域幅を決定し、
前記制御部は、再起動領域において、
前記第1比率より、前記入力電圧に対する前記回転子周波数に該当する第2比率が小さい場合、前記第1比率に到達する時まで前記インバータの出力周波数を維持して出力電圧を増加させ、
前記第1比率より前記第2比率が大きい場合、前記第1比率に到達する時まで出力電圧を維持して出力周波数を増加させ、
前記第1比率と前記第2比率とが同一になる時から、前記インバータの出力電圧及び出力周波数を同時に増加させる、再起動装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1比率と前記第2比率とが同一になる時から、前記第1比率に応じて前記インバータの出力電圧及び出力周波数を増加させる、請求項1に記載の再起動装置。 - 電動機の入力電圧から、インバータが前記電動機に印加した周波数に該当する第1電圧、及び、前記第1電圧より位相が実質的に90度遅れる第2電圧を生成するステップと、
前記第1電圧及び前記第2電圧を正規化するステップと、
前記電動機の出力電圧の周波数を決めるための制御帯域幅を決めるステップと、
正規化された前記第1電圧及び前記第2電圧を利用して前記制御帯域幅をベースに前記電動機の回転子周波数を推定するステップと、
前記入力電圧と前記回転子周波数とを利用して、予め設定された電圧に対する周波数に該当する第1比率に応じて前記インバータの出力電圧又は出力周波数を変更するように制御するステップと、を含み、
前記制御帯域幅を決めるステップは、正規化された前記第1電圧及び前記第2電圧と、前記回転子周波数を推定する時の増幅利得とに基づいて前記制御帯域幅を決定し、
前記制御するステップは、再起動領域において、
前記第1比率より、前記入力電圧に対する前記回転子周波数に該当する第2比率が小さい場合、前記第1比率に到達する時まで前記インバータの出力周波数を維持して出力電圧を増加させ、
前記第1比率より前記第2比率が大きい場合、前記第1比率に到達する時まで出力電圧を維持して出力周波数を増加させ、
前記第1比率と前記第2比率とが同一になる時から、前記インバータの出力電圧及び出力周波数を同時に増加させる、インバータ再起動方法。 - 前記第1比率と前記第2比率とが同一になる時から、前記第1比率に応じて前記インバータの出力電圧及び出力周波数を増加させるステップをさらに含む、請求項3に記載のインバータ再起動方法。
