2つの特定のアルミニウム合金、すなわち2024T3および7075T6合金のいくつかの試料を、本発明のクロムフリー化成プロセスに供し、評価した。PPYおよびPEDOTをヘキサフルロジルコン酸塩(Hexaflorozirconate)と組み合わせて使用して、塩水噴霧腐食試験(SSFCT)において優れた特徴を示すものを得た。PEDOT/Zr、PPY/Zr、ベース組成物について特定の実験条件を表2、表3に示し、表4および表5はそれぞれ得られた結果を示す。これらの表に示されている試料の全てについて、乾燥条件は、実質的に室温および圧力、少なくとも24時間の期間に亘るものであった。
Claims (9)
- 金属表面の処理のためのプロセスであって、
前記表面を前処理するステップと、
前記表面を、
(3−グリシドオキシプロピル)トリメトキシシラン(GPMS)、1,2−ビス(トリメトキシシリル)エタン(TMSE)、1,2−ビス(トリエトキシシリル)エタン(BTSE)、ビス[3−(トリメトキシシリル)プロピル]アミン(BAS)およびビニルトリアセトキシシラン(VTAS)、またはそれらの2つ以上の組み合わせから選択される1つまたは複数のシラン、ならびに
モリブデンの塩、マグネシウムの塩、ジルコニウムの塩、チタンの塩、バナジウムの塩、セリウムの塩、ハフニウムの塩、ケイ素の塩、アルミニウムの塩、ホウ素の塩、コバルトの塩および亜鉛の塩の少なくとも1つから選択される、無機金属塩
を含有する伝導性ポリマー分散液を含む組成物と接触させることにより、化成被覆で被覆するステップであって、組成物中の金属塩の濃度が2.0g/L以上20g/L以下であり、組成物のpH値が1以上6.0以下であり、前記無機金属塩が、K 2ZrF6 であるかまたはK 2 ZrF 6 を含むステップと、
前記表面を乾燥させるステップと
を含み、前記伝導性ポリマーが、ポリアニリン(PANI)、ポリエチレンジオキシチオフェン(PEDOT)およびポリピロール(PPY)からなる群から選択されるものである、プロセス。 - 前記1つまたは複数のシランが水溶性である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記1つまたは複数のシランが、前記ポリマー分散液の0.01v%〜1.0v%(v/v)の量で存在する、請求項1または請求項2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記前処理ステップが、
前記表面を脱脂するステップと、
前記表面を清浄化するステップと、
前記表面を脱酸素するステップとをさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。 - pHがH2ZrF6および/またはNH4OHで調整される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記金属シートが、アルミニウム、銅、鉄、またはそれらの合金からなる群から選択される、好ましくは、2024−T3および7075−T6からなる群から選択されるものである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記無機塩が2.0g/L以上8.0g/L以下の濃度で存在し、かつ/または前記接触させるステップが2以上5以下のpHで行われる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 金属表面の処理のための化成被覆のための組成物であって、1つまたは複数のシラン、ならびにモリブデンの塩、マグネシウムの塩、ジルコニウムの塩、チタンの塩、バナジウムの塩、セリウムの塩、ハフニウムの塩、ケイ素の塩、アルミニウムの塩、ホウ素の塩、コバルトの塩および亜鉛の塩の少なくとも1つから選択される、無機金属塩を含有する伝導性ポリマー分散液を含み、ここで、組成物中の前記無機金属塩の濃度は2.0g/L以上20g/L以下であり、かつ組成物のpHは1以上6.0以下であり、前記無機金属塩が、K 2ZrF6 であるかまたはK 2 ZrF 6 を含み、
前記伝導性ポリマーが、ポリアニリン(PANI)、ポリエチレンジオキシチオフェン(PEDOT)およびポリピロール(PPY)からなる群から選択されるものであり、かつ
