Abstract

上記の反応に従って生成される酸化クロム等は、抗腐食用途において非常に有用である。該酸化クロムはアルカリ性環境において非常に安定であり、撥水(疎水性)であり、水に対する障壁被覆として作用することができる。最後に、酸化クロムは「自己治癒効果」を呈する、すなわち、被覆中に存在する残留六価クロムが被覆の損傷領域と反応し、それにより、損傷部位においてさらなる三価クロム酸化物を生成し、したがってそれ自体を「治癒する」ことができる。

2つの特定のアルミニウム合金、すなわち2024T3および7075T6合金のいくつかの試料を、本発明のクロムフリー化成プロセスに供し、評価した。PPYおよびPEDOTをヘキサフルロジルコン酸塩(Hexaflorozirconate)と組み合わせて使用して、塩水噴霧腐食試験(SSFCT)において優れた特徴を示すものを得た。PEDOT/Zr、PPY/Zr、ベース組成物について特定の実験条件を表2、表3に示し、表4および表5はそれぞれ得られた結果を示す。これらの表に示されている試料の全てについて、乾燥条件は、実質的に室温および圧力、少なくとも24時間の期間に亘るものであった。
Claims (16)
- 金属性表面の処理のためのプロセスであって、
前記表面を前処理するステップと、
前記表面を、
1つまたは複数のシラン、ならびに
モリブデン、マグネシウム、ジルコニウム、チタン、バナジウム、セリウム、ハフニウム、ケイ素、アルミニウム、ホウ素、コバルトおよび亜鉛の少なくとも1つから選択される、2.0から20g/Lの間の金属塩の濃度および1から6.0の間のpH値の無機金属性塩
を含有する伝導性ポリマー分散液と接触させることにより、化成被覆で被覆するステップと、
前記表面を乾燥させるステップと
を含むプロセス。 - 前記1つまたは複数のシランが水溶性である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記1つまたは複数のシランが、前記ポリマー分散液の0.01v%〜1.0v%(v/v)の量で存在する、請求項1または請求項2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記1つまたは複数のシランが、式(1)

前記官能基が、アルキル基、アルキルエーテル基またはアルキルアミン基によって前記ケイ素原子と結合している、
請求項4または請求項5に記載のプロセス。 - Yが−RSiX3−aZaであり、Rが、アルキル基、アルキルエーテル基またはアルキルアミン基である、請求項4または請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記1つまたは複数のシランが、(3−グリシドオキシプロピル)トリメトキシシラン(GPMS)、1,2−ビス(トリメトキシシリル)エタン(TMSE)、1,2−ビス(トリエトキシシリル)エタン(BTSE)、ビス[3−(トリメトキシシリル)プロピル]アミン(BAS)およびビニルトリアセトキシシラン(VTAS)、またはそれらの2つ以上の組み合わせから選択される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記伝導性ポリマーが、ポリアニリン(PANI)、ポリエチレンジオキシチオフェン(PEDOT)およびポリピロール(PPY)からなる群から選択されるものである、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記前処理ステップが、
前記表面を脱脂するステップと、
前記表面を清浄化するステップと、
前記表面を脱酸素するステップとをさらに含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。 - 前記無機金属塩が、ジルコニウムの塩であるかまたはジルコニウムの塩を含み、ジルコニウムの無機金属性塩の濃縮物が生成され/K2ZrF6で調整され、かつpHがH2ZrF6および/またはNH4OHで調整される、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記金属性シートが、アルミニウム、銅、鉄、またはそれらの合金からなる群から選択される、好ましくは、2024−T3および7075−T6からなる群から選択されるものである、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記無機塩が2.0から8.0g/Lの濃度で存在し、かつ/または前記接触させるステップが2から5のpHで行われる、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 金属性表面の処理のための化成被覆であって、1つまたは複数のシラン、ならびにモリブデン、マグネシウム、ジルコニウム、チタン、バナジウム、セリウム、ハフニウム、ケイ素、アルミニウム、ホウ素、コバルトおよび亜鉛の少なくとも1つの無機金属性塩を含有する伝導性ポリマー分散液を含み、ここで、前記無機金属性塩の濃度は2.0から20g/Lの間であり、かつ前記被覆のpHは1から6.0の間である、前記被覆。
- 前記1つまたは複数のシランが水溶性であり、かつ/あるいは前記1つまたは複数のシランが、前記ポリマー分散液の0.01v%〜1.0v%(v/v)の量で存在する、請求項14に記載の被覆。
- 前記伝導性ポリマーが、
ポリアニリン(PANI)、ポリエチレンジオキシチオフェン(PEDOT)およびポリピロール(PPY)からなる群から選択されるものであり、
かつ/あるいは
前記1つまたは複数のシランが、(3−グリシドオキシプロピル)トリメトキシシラン(GPMS)、1,2−ビス(トリメトキシシリル)エタン(TMSE)、1,2−ビス(トリエトキシシリル)エタン(BTSE)、ビス[3−(トリメトキシシリル)プロピル]アミン(BAS)およびビニルトリアセトキシシラン(VTAS)、またはそれらの2つ以上の組み合わせから選択される、
