Description

Claims (23)
- イヤホン組付体であって、
ハウジングと、
第1音響出力を生成するべく構成された第1ドライバと、
第2音響出力を生成するべく構成された第2ドライバと、
前記ハウジングに結合されたノズルと、
前記第1ドライバに接続されかつ前記ハウジング内に包含された細長い通路と、
前記細長い通路の一部を形成する通路を含む多岐管と
を含み、
前記細長い通路は一定の長さ及び断面積を有し、かつ、前記ハウジングの内部に複数の曲がり部を有する蛇行経路を含み、
前記細長い通路の前記長さ及び断面積は、前記第1ドライバの音響出力部からの音の少なくとも可聴部分をフィルタリングする音響フィルタとして構成され、
前記細長い通路の少なくとも一部分は迷路を形成し、
前記迷路は複数の層を含み、
前記迷路の前記層の一以上が、前記層の最大表面積において長さ方向、幅方向又はこれらの組み合わせの方向に延びる細長いチャネルを形成し、
前記多岐管は複数の層を含み、
前記多岐管の層の一以上が細長いチャネルを形成し、
前記多岐管の層の一以上に形成された細長いチャネルは、前記迷路の層の一以上に形成された細長いチャネルの長さよりも長いイヤホン組付体。 - イヤホン組付体であって、
ハウジングと、
第1音響出力を生成するべく構成された第1ドライバと、
第2音響出力を生成するべく構成された第2ドライバと、
前記ハウジングに結合されたノズルと、
前記第1ドライバに接続されかつ前記ハウジング内に包含された細長い通路と、
前記細長い通路の一部を形成する通路を含む多岐管と
を含み、
前記細長い通路は一定の長さ及び断面積を有し、かつ、前記ハウジングの内部に複数の曲がり部を有する蛇行経路を含み、
前記細長い通路の前記長さ及び断面積は、前記第1ドライバの音響出力部からの音の少なくとも可聴部分をフィルタリングする音響フィルタとして構成され、
前記細長い通路の少なくとも一部分は迷路を形成し、
前記迷路は複数の層を含み、
前記迷路の前記層の一以上が、前記層の最大表面積において長さ方向、幅方向又はこれらの組み合わせの方向に延びる細長いチャネルを形成し、
前記多岐管は、前記第2ドライバから直接音を受け入れる追加の通路をさらに含み、
前記第2ドライバは前記第1ドライバよりも高周波数の音を出力するべく構成されるイヤホン組付体。 - 前記一以上の層の前記細長いチャネルは波状又は渦巻状の形として形成される請求項1又は2のイヤホン組付体。
- 前記多岐管には減衰機構が設けられ、
前記減衰機構は、前記多岐管を形成する層の中へと形成された複数の孔を含む請求項1又は2のイヤホン組付体。 - 前記細長い通路の形の少なくとも一部分は渦巻状又は波状である請求項1又は2のイヤホン組付体。
- 前記細長い通路は前記ハウジングの一部分の中に一体的に形成される請求項1又は2のイヤホン組付体。
- 前記細長い通路は不変の直径を有する請求項1又は2のイヤホン組付体。
- 前記迷路は角柱の形に形成される請求項1又は2のイヤホン組付体。
- イヤホン組付体であって、
音を出力するノズルを受け入れるべく構成されたハウジングと、
それぞれが前記ハウジング内に配置された出力部を有する複数のドライバと
を含み、
前記ドライバの少なくとも一つは前記ノズルに音響的に結合された細長い通路に接続され、
前記細長い通路は、前記ハウジング内に配置された異なる形の通路のネットワークから形成され、
前記細長い通路は、X、Y及びZ方向それぞれに延び、
前記細長い通路の長さ及び断面積は、前記複数のドライバの前記少なくとも一つから出力された音波の少なくとも可聴部分をフィルタリングするべく構成され、
前記細長い通路の少なくとも一部分は迷路を形成し、
前記迷路は複数の層を含み、
前記迷路の前記層の一以上には前記層の最大表面積において、長さ方向、幅方向又はこれらの組み合わせの方向に延びる細長いチャネルが形成され、
前記イヤホン組付体は、多岐管をさらに含み、
前記多岐管は、前記細長い通路の少なくとも一部を与える経路を与え、
前記多岐管は複数の層を含み、
前記多岐管の前記層の一以上は細長いチャネルを形成し、
前記多岐管の前記層の一以上に形成された細長いチャネルは、前記迷路の一以上に形成された細長いチャネルよりも長いイヤホン組付体。 - 前記細長い通路の経路の少なくとも一部分は波状又は渦巻状の形を含む請求項9のイヤホン組付体。
- 前記多岐管には減衰機構が設けられ、
前記減衰機構は、前記多岐管を形成する層の中へと形成された複数の孔を含む請求項9のイヤホン組付体。 - 前記迷路は角柱の形に形成される請求項9のイヤホン組付体。
- イヤホンにおいて音響出力をフィルタリングする方法であって、
複数の積み重ねられた層から細長い通路を形成することと、
前記細長い通路とイヤホンケーシング内に音響出力を与えるべく構成された少なくとも一つのドライバとを収容することと、
前記少なくとも一つのドライバの出力部を前記細長い通路に接続し、かつ、前記細長い通路内に受け入れられる前記音響出力を、前記少なくとも一つのドライバからの前記音響出力の少なくとも一部分を音響的にフィルタリングするべく構成することと、
多岐管を設けることであって、前記細長い通路の一部は前記多岐管内に形成されることと、
前記多岐管を一連の積み重ねられた層から形成することと
を含む方法。 - 前記複数の積み重ねられた層及び前記通路は迷路を形成し、
前記積み重ねられた層の第1部分集合が、異なる形から形成された通路を有する請求項13の方法。 - 前記積み重ねられた層の第2部分集合が孔を有し、
前記孔は音が、前記第2部分集合の積み重ねられた層のそれぞれを通って前記第1部分集合の積み重ねられた層の隣接する一つの中に入ることを許容する請求項14の方法。 - 前記積み重ねられた層を一緒にレーザ溶接することをさらに含む請求項14の方法。
- 前記複数の積み重ねられた層は、前記第1部分集合及び前記第2部分集合が交互にされた層を含む請求項15の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つのドライバは低周波数ドライバであり、
前記細長い通路は前記低周波数ドライバからの高周波数の音をフィルタリングするべく構成される請求項13の方法。 - 前記多岐管を形成する層に複数の孔を設けることによって前記多岐管に減衰機構を設けることをさらに含む請求項13の方法。
- 前記細長い通路の経路の少なくとも一部分を波状又は渦巻状の形に形成することをさらに含む請求項13の方法。
- 前記細長い通路をX、Y及びZ方向それぞれに延びるように形成することをさらに含む請求項13の方法。
- 前記多岐管は3D印刷によって形成される請求項13の方法。
- 前記多岐管はマイクロリソグラフィによって形成される請求項13の方法。
