高湿度条件:30℃90%RHの換気されている高湿度キャビネット中24時間。ボードの着実な湿潤を達成するため供試体の数は限定される:例えば、最大で30の供試体が、190Lのキャビネット中のトレー上に配置される。
ボードの中央部分において、縦方向に沿って、2本の平行線を50mmの中心をおいて引く。これらの線に沿ってそのライナーをカットする。50mm幅のライナーストリップを、50mm間隔で、そして供試体の2つの末端ではがす。

それぞれの供試体上の50mm(2インチ)に沿ってフェーサを除去するために必要な荷重を記録する。
ボードに対する平均値を計算する(6つの測定値に基づく)。
故障の形態:コア−フェーサ接着の喪失、又はフェーサにおける分離、又はフェーサの裂けを記録し、それぞれの結果に対する試験条件(乾燥又は湿潤状態)について言及する。
ボンド接着が高すぎて測定できない場合はそれを示す。
高湿度引きはがしについては:
24時間の状態調節後の水分率を記録する。
水中で分割後のPSD(重量)、d10は、1から2μmであり、d50は10から20μmであり、d90は、35から50μmである。100%の粒子が60μm未満の細孔中に収まり、スタッコ粒子の約90%以上が40μm未満の細孔中に収まる。
水中で分割後のPSD(重量)、d10は、1から2μmであり、d50は20から35μmであり、d90は、50から85μmである。約90%以下の粒子が60μm未満の細孔中に収まり、約70%のスタッコ粒子が、40μm未満の細孔中に収まる。
Claims (10)
- コアを有し、前記コアが不織布により覆われている少なくとも1つの側面を有する石膏ボードであって、
第1のベーススクリーン及びその上に重ね合わされた第2のスクリーンからなるスクリーンアセンブリにより得られる石膏ボードのコアと接触している不織布の内側が25から60マイクロメーターの表面粗さRaを有するエンボスパターンを含む
ことを特徴とする上記石膏ボード。 - 不織布の外側が、空気と接触しており、該外側が25マイクロメーター未満の表面粗さRaを有する、請求項1に記載の石膏ボード。
- 不織布が、少なくとも2つの層を含む、請求項2に記載の石膏ボード。
- 前記不織布が、少なくとも2つの層、内層及び外層を含み、内層が、前記石膏ボードのコアと接触しており、かつセルロース繊維、無機又は鉱物繊維の混合物を含み、前記外層が、本質的にセルロース繊維を含み、前記不織布が、少なくとも結合剤及び少なくとも鉱物充填剤粒子をさらに含み、該結合剤及び少なくとも鉱物充填剤粒子が前記不織布の重量に対して20〜50重量%である、請求項3に記載の石膏ボード。
- 前記混合物がさらに有機繊維を含む、請求項4に記載の石膏ボード。
- 繊維の懸濁液をスクリーンアセンブリ上に湿式堆積し、同時に該懸濁液を抜き取って、ウェブの底部側に、エンボスパターンを有する、25から60マイクロメーターの粗さRaの表面を生ずるステップ、及び
ウェブを乾燥させるステップを
含み、該スクリーンアセンブリが、第1のベーススクリーン及びその上に重ね合わされた第2のスクリーンからなる、不織布の製造方法。 - 繊維の第1の懸濁液をスクリーンアセンブリ上に湿式堆積してウェブを形成するステップ、
第2の懸濁液をウェブの表側に湿式堆積し、同時にウェブから水を抜き取って、ウェブの底部側に、エンボスパターンを有する、25から40マイクロメーターの粗さRaの表面を生ずるステップ及び
ウェブを乾燥させるステップ
を含み、該スクリーンアセンブリが、第1のベーススクリーン及びその上に重ね合わされた第2のスクリーンからなる、不織布の製造方法。 - ウェブを乾燥させるステップの直前に、サイズプレス中で少なくとも結合剤を含有している溶液をウェブに含浸させるステップをさらに含む、請求項6又は7に記載の製造方法。
- 方法において、第1のベーススクリーンが、第2のスクリーンよりも1cm当たり少なくとも4倍を超える横糸及び縦糸を含有する、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

第1と第2のスクリーンとの間のcm2当たりの開口部の比が、少なくとも10であり、
第1のベーススクリーンが、0.1から0.4mmの間の直径を有する横糸、及び0.1から0.4mmの間の直径を有する縦糸を含み、
第2のスクリーンが、0.3から1.2mmの間の直径を有する横糸、及び0.3から1.2mmの間の直径を有する縦糸を含む、
