Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗污聚酯长丝油毡基布制备方法,聚酯切片依次经过结晶干燥、螺杆挤压熔融、计量纺丝、分丝铺网、针刺加固、热轧、复合化学胶浸润和烘干;所述复合化学胶包括:含氟丙烯酸胶乳、玉米淀粉、水。采用本发明方法制备的聚酯长丝油毡基布结实、耐磨,不易磨损、破裂,比传统材料使用寿命更长,降低了生产成本,并且本发明中浸润的复合化学胶内引入的含氟单体,由于F‑C键能稳定且表面能低,使得氟碳涂层表面张力小,使得经化学胶处理液浸润后的布具有抗污染能力,相较于现有的产品具有防水防油,抗污染能力强,易于清理的优点。

一种抗污聚酯长丝油毡基布及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗污聚酯长丝油毡基布及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚酯油毡基布是属于无纺布的一种,现有的油毡基布均为短丝油毡基布,是以100%涤纶短纤维经梳理成网、针刺加固、浸胶定型等工序加工而成的一种无纺布制品,是现在比较流行的防水卷材(SBS、APP涂层)的主要胎基。由短纤维作为原料生产出的基布横纵向强度、延伸率较小,且生产环节较多,产品质量差;并且产品在使用过程中出现容易磨损,破裂,抗污染能力差,更换成本较高等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种抗污聚酯长丝油毡基布及其制备方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种抗污聚酯长丝油毡基布制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)以纤维级半消光聚酯切片为原料,经过沸腾式半封闭结晶床和干燥塔,将切片充分烘干;
步骤2)干切片进入螺杆挤压机中,螺杆挤压机将切片挤压融熔成熔体状态,经过熔体过滤器过滤后,得到相对均匀的熔体;
步骤3)熔体经过计量泵计量、纺丝组件进行纺丝,粘流态的熔体经过侧吹风的冷却和牵伸管的牵伸,形成具有一定强力和伸长的PET长丝,丝束通过摆片以一定角度反弹到成网帘上,形成上下两层纤网;
步骤4)纤网通过针刺机进行加固,形成具有一定强力的非织造布;
步骤5)非织造布通过热轧机,控制产品的厚度;
步骤6)配制复合化学胶,将非织造布在复合化学胶中浸润;
步骤7)将浸润后的非织造布进行烘干处理;
所述复合化学胶包括:含氟丙烯酸胶乳350-400份、玉米淀粉75-100份、水1500-2500份。
进一步的,所述复合化学胶制备方法为:在水中先加入玉米淀粉搅拌混合均匀后,升温至90℃,再加入含氟丙烯酸胶乳混合均匀后,得复合化学胶。
进一步的,所述含氟丙烯酸胶乳包括:丙烯酸乳液、含氟单体、耐高温乳化剂和引发剂;
所述含氟单体添加量为丙烯酸乳液质量的10%-20%;
所述乳化剂添加量为丙烯酸乳液质量的1%-10%;
所述引发剂添加量为丙烯酸乳液质量的3%-10%。
进一步的,所述含氟丙烯酸胶乳的制备方法为:在丙烯酸乳液中加入含氟单体、乳化剂、引发剂和固化剂,搅拌均匀,升温至70℃左右,保温2-3h。
进一步的,所述丙烯酸乳液固体含量为40-50%。
进一步的,所述含氟单体为全氟丙烯酸酯,为全氟己基乙基丙烯酸酯、全氟辛基乙基丙烯酸酯中的一种;
所述乳化剂为全氟壬烯氧基苯磺酸钠;
所述引发剂为过氧化物引发剂,为过氧化苯甲酰-N,N-二甲基苯胺、过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠、过硫酸钾-亚硫酸氢钠、过氧化氢-酒石酸、过氧化氢-吊白块、过硫酸铵-硫酸亚铁、过氧化氢-硫酸亚铁中的一种。
进一步的,所述步骤1)中结晶温度为180±5℃,干燥温度为170±5℃
进一步的,所述步骤4)中针刺密度为20-40刺/cm2,针刺深度为6-9mm。
进一步的,所述步骤5)中压辊温度为200±10℃左右,压力4.5-5.5Mpa。
进一步的,所述步骤7)中采用圆网穿透式烘干,烘干温度150-220℃。
一种抗污聚酯长丝油毡基布,由上述任一项所述的制备方法制得。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:
采用本发明方法制备的聚酯长丝油毡基布结实、耐磨,不易磨损、破裂,比传统材料使用寿命更长,降低了生产成本,并且本发明中浸润的复合化学胶内引入的含氟单体,由于F-C键能稳定且表面能低,使得氟碳涂层表面张力小,使得经化学胶处理液浸润后的布具有抗污染能力,相较于现有的产品具有防水防油,抗污染能力强,易于清理的优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例
1、向湿料仓中加入纤维级半消光聚酯切片,经结晶干燥去除切片中的水分,结晶温度为180℃,结晶时间15min,干燥温度为170℃,干燥时间为6h;
2、干切片进入螺杆挤压机熔融,共有六个区,温度分别设定为275℃、282℃、288℃、288℃、287℃、286℃,螺杆挤压机将切片挤压融熔成熔体状态,经过熔体过滤器过滤后,得到相对均匀的熔体;
3、熔体经过计量泵计量、纺丝组件进行纺丝,粘流态的熔体经过侧吹风的冷却和牵伸管的牵伸,形成具有一定强力和伸长的PET长丝,丝束通过摆片以一定角度反弹到成网帘上,形成上下两层纤网:计量泵转速为17r/min,牵伸总压0.245Mpa左右,丝的细度0.22tex左右;摆丝频率170次/min,成网车速13.5m/min左右,制得原布克重大约110-120g/m2
4、针刺加固:预、主针刺密度分别为24刺/cm2、31刺/cm2,针刺深度分别为9mm、7mm;
5、控制厚度,压辊温度为200℃,压辊两端压力5.5Mpa,制成原布;
6、配置复合化学胶,对原布浸润处理;
7、烘干定型:烘干方式:圆网穿透式烘干,烘干温度180℃;
8、成品:克重在140-150g/m2,厚度0.90mm左右。(克重可以根据客户需求调整)
所述含氟丙烯酸胶乳包括:丙烯酸乳液400份、含氟单体40份、乳化剂6份、引发剂15份;在含氟丙烯酸乳液中加入含氟单体、乳化剂和引发剂,搅拌均匀,升温至70℃,保温2.5h。
所述复合化学胶包括:含氟丙烯酸胶乳400份、玉米淀粉100份、水2000份;在水中先加入玉米淀粉搅拌混合均匀后,升温至90℃,再加入含氟丙烯酸胶乳混合均匀后,得复合化学胶。
对比例
对比例与实施例不同之处在于,原布制备完成后浸润淀粉胶,所述淀粉胶含量为:玉米淀粉100份和水2000份,将玉米淀粉加入水中搅拌均匀,升温至90℃,保持15min,得淀粉胶。
将上述实施例与对比例进行性能测试,测试结果如表1所示。

从表1中可以看出,本发明制造的抗污聚酯长丝油毡基布不仅具有较为优异的物理性能,结实、耐磨,不易磨损、破裂;与水接触角大于90°,使用3月后透气保持率依然在90%以上,浸润的复合化学胶内引入的含氟单体,由于F-C化学键稳定且表面能低,使涂层表面张力小,使得本产品具有良好的疏水性和抗污染能力。

Claims (9)

1.一种抗污聚酯长丝油毡基布制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)以纤维级半消光聚酯切片为原料,经过沸腾式半封闭结晶床和干燥塔,将切片充分烘干;
步骤2)干切片进入螺杆挤压机中,螺杆挤压机将切片挤压融熔成熔体状态,经过熔体过滤器过滤后,得到相对均匀的熔体;
步骤3)熔体经过计量泵计量、纺丝组件进行纺丝,粘流态的熔体经过侧吹风的冷却和牵伸管的牵伸,形成具有一定强力和伸长的PET长丝,丝束通过摆片以一定角度反弹到成网帘上,形成上下两层纤网;
步骤4)纤网通过针刺机进行加固,形成具有一定强力的非织造布;
步骤5)非织造布通过热轧机,控制产品的厚度;
步骤6)配制复合化学胶,将非织造布在复合化学胶中浸润;
步骤7)将浸润后的非织造布进行烘干处理;
所述复合化学胶包括:含氟丙烯酸胶乳350-400份、玉米淀粉75-100份、水1500-2500份;
所述含氟丙烯酸胶乳包括:丙烯酸乳液、含氟单体、乳化剂和引发剂;
所述含氟单体添加量为丙烯酸乳液质量的10%-20%;
所述乳化剂添加量为丙烯酸乳液质量的1%-10%;
所述引发剂添加量为丙烯酸乳液质量的3%-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗污聚酯长丝油毡基布制备方法,其特征在于,所述复合化学胶制备方法为:在水中先加入玉米淀粉搅拌混合均匀后,升温至90℃,再加入含氟丙烯酸胶乳混合均匀后,得复合化学胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗污聚酯长丝油毡基布制备方法,其特征在于,所述含氟丙烯酸胶乳的制备方法为:在丙烯酸乳液中加入含氟单体、乳化剂和引发剂,搅拌均匀,升温至70℃左右,保温2-3h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗污聚酯长丝油毡基布制备方法,其特征在于,
所述含氟单体为全氟丙烯酸酯,为全氟己基乙基丙烯酸酯、全氟辛基乙基丙烯酸酯中的一种;
所述乳化剂为全氟壬烯氧基苯磺酸钠;
所述引发剂为过氧化物引发剂,为过氧化苯甲酰-N,N-二甲基苯胺、过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠、过硫酸钾-亚硫酸氢钠、过氧化氢-酒石酸、过氧化氢-吊白块、过硫酸铵-硫酸亚铁、过氧化氢-硫酸亚铁中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗污聚酯长丝油毡基布制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中结晶温度为180±5℃,干燥温度为170±5℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗污聚酯长丝油毡基布制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中针刺密度为20-40刺/cm2,针刺深度为6-9mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗污聚酯长丝油毡基布制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤5)中压辊温度为200±10℃左右,压力4.5-5.5Mpa。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗污聚酯长丝油毡基布制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤7)中采用圆网穿透式烘干,烘干温度150-220℃。
