采用低聚合度棉浆,经高频疏解机疏解或采用切断齿形磨片的盘磨不加刀疏解,与双组份聚酯纤维混抄,棉浆绝干用量为60~85%,双组份聚酯纤维用量为15%~40%,采用斜网成型器抄造医用胶带棉纸,抄造的纸张定量为21~26g/m2,紧度为0.25~0.32g/m3,纵向抗张强度为0.2~0.4KN/m,纵向伸长率≥4%,纵横拉力比为1:1~1.5:1,透气度≥600L/m2•s,吸水性≤15g/m2。产品具有较好松厚度,强度适中,伸长率高,表面平滑、细腻,柔软度高,舒适性好,后加工生产过程不会产生化纤粘辊的现象,最终生产的医用胶带具有丝绸般的舒适度。

技术领域
本项目涉及医用胶带棉纸生产领域,主要是一种具有优良舒适度且后加工生产运行性良好的医用胶带棉纸的生产方法。
背景技术
医用胶带棉纸主要应用于医疗卫生行业,作为医用胶带用原纸基材,后续经过浸渍基础增强胶乳,光滑面涂覆离型剂,粗糙面涂覆热熔胶的方式,并进行分切、复卷后制备医用胶带。生产医用胶带。医用胶带主要应用到外科手术绊创用、固定输液针头等,替代纱质布或塑料薄膜等不可降解的材料。医用胶带要求具备对皮肤无过敏、无毒、无副作用、透气度、不沾污皮肤、粘性持久等特点,在满足以上要求的基础上,由于其与皮肤长期直接接触,其舒适度则是区分产品品质高低的关键指标。ZL 200410018183.6(一种医用胶带棉纸的制备方法)介绍了一种医用胶带棉纸的制备方法,其采用木浆20~40%,维纶20~30%,水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维20~40%,涤纶10~20%,并涂布PVA,如此方法虽然使得医用胶带棉纸具有较高的使用强度,但所用原料中木浆、水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维添加能够明显增加纸张强度,但纸张柔软性变差,两者作为主体材料并不合适,另外,涂布剂——PVA玻璃态转化温度较高,自身发硬发脆,对于医用胶带棉纸舒适性产生较大影响。申请号201810773502.6(一种高透医用胶带基材及制备方法)介绍了一种新型医用胶带棉纸的制备方法,其采用木浆纤维40~60份,聚酯纤维30~50份,低熔纤维9~9.5份,可以发现,其化纤用量明显增加,且木浆纤维打浆度较低,为18~23°SR,因此,其松厚度较好,原纸舒适度较高,但由于聚酯纤维添加量较大,而其本身不像木浆纤维表面有许多羟基,交织时难以形成较强氢键结合,且后续表面也没有经过PVA等表面涂覆处理,导致纸张中聚酯纤维结合较差,纸张表面有许多游离纤维,游离纤维虽然能够增加手感度,但是在后加工生产过程中(特别是涂覆热熔胶时)也更容易产生聚酯纤维粘辊的现象,影响生产连续性,且后加工完成后,纸张表面涂覆的聚合物覆盖了原有游离纤维层,使得成品纸手感度明显降低,另外,聚酯纤维倒伏至纸张表面,使得纸张表面变得粗糙,同时,由于纸张较疏松,孔隙率较高,后加工时吸胶量较大,导致纸张强度明显增强,而纸张强度与柔软性为矛盾指标,这些都会对医用胶带的舒适度造成影响。
发明内容
本发明主要是提供一种具有优良舒适度、后加工生产运行性良好的医用胶带棉纸的生产方法。
对于材料舒适度的评价很难形成统一的办法,依据客户需要,通过特殊生产工艺及方法,制备出一种具有优良舒适度的医用胶带棉纸,该医用胶带棉纸具有较好松厚度,强度适中,伸长率高,透气性好,表面平滑、细腻,柔软度高,舒适性好,且后加工生产过程不会产生化纤粘辊的现象,最终生产的医用胶带具有丝绸般的舒适度。
具体生产方法如下:
(1)将棉浆纤维通过高频疏解机疏解,并通过浆料净化系统去除棉浆中浆点及其它杂质,输送进入棉浆池备用;
(2)将双组份聚酯纤维在搅拌器中分散,在分散过程中加入相对每吨绝干化纤0.1~0.3kg的消泡剂,分散30~60min,输送进入化纤池备用,在化纤池中加入相对每吨绝干化纤50~100kg的0.5%浓度PEO水溶液,加入相对每吨绝干化纤0.1~0.3kg的消泡剂,搅拌均匀备用;
(3)将棉浆与双组份聚酯纤维在混合池混合均匀,加入相对每吨绝干原料10~30kg的AKD中性施胶液,加入相对每吨绝干原料15~30kg的PAE湿强剂原液,采用斜网纸页成型器抄造,生产过程没有压榨工段,纸页脱水后经过干燥系统干燥,烘干过程中至少有一只烘缸温度为115℃~120℃;
所述棉浆纤维聚合度≤500,纤维平均长度为1.0~1.3mm,所述双组份聚酯纤维细度为1.0~3.0D,长度为3~6mm,皮层熔点≤110℃,芯层熔点≥200℃,棉浆绝干用量为60~85%,双组份聚酯纤维用量为15%~40%,纸张定量为21~26g/m2,紧度为0.25~0.32g/m3,纵向抗张强度为0.2~0.4KN/m,纵向伸长率≥4%,纵横拉力比为1:1~1.5:1,透气度≥600L/m2·s,吸水性≤15g/m2
实验中发现双组份聚酯纤维细度越低,成纸表面越平滑细腻,优选双组份聚酯纤维细度为1.0D。
针对某些不具备高频疏解机的生产企业,也可以将棉浆纤维通过盘磨疏解,疏解过程不加刀,并采用切断齿形磨片,目的是为了在不提升打浆度的前提下,通过纤维适当切断,去除浆点,控制成纸强度。
本发明达到的效果如下:
本发明中所采用的棉浆为低聚合度的棉浆,聚合度≤500,选用该种聚合度的棉浆,纤维自身平均长度为1.0~1.3mm,纤维短,因此棉浆自身浆团很少,仅需高频疏解器疏解或采用切断齿形磨片的盘磨不加刀疏解就能将浆团去除,而这样的处理方式对于棉浆成纸后结合强度提升不大,因此成纸松厚性较好,且由于棉浆纤维本身较短,成纸后纸张表面平滑、细腻,匀度佳,手感度好;选用棉浆而非针叶木浆或阔叶木浆则可以明显提升纸张松厚度,另外针叶木浆纤维较长,成纸匀度差、表面粗糙、手感度差,打浆则又会抄造柔软度、透气度和松厚度的降低;而高聚合度的棉浆纤维长,棉浆中浆点较多,为了去除浆点,需要重刀切断处理,这造成了棉浆浆度的明显提升,成纸后棉浆结合强度较高,而成纸松厚度变差,且由于纤维较长容易导致成纸透气度低、匀度差、表面粗糙、手感度差等问题。
进一步采用添加双组份聚酯纤维的方式保证医用胶带棉纸的强度满足要求,双组份聚酯纤维外层具有热熔性,加热达到外层熔融温度后能够提升纤维间的结合强度及伸长率,且纸张成型后表面较细腻、平滑,而其内层未熔融又能够保持其化纤的松厚特性。
两种特种纤维混合抄造,能够降低传统工艺磨浆过程对于纸张松厚度的损失,且棉浆纤维自身又具有很高的舒适度,结合强度低,因此成纸后纸张表面平滑、细腻、透气度高、手感度好。
在生产过程中优选使用斜网纸页成型器(也可以是其他合适成型器如园网、长网)抄造,生产过程不经过压榨,从而保证纸张松厚度,纸页脱水后经过干燥系统干燥,烘干过程中至少有一只烘缸温度为115℃~120℃,从而保证双组份聚酯纤维外层能够充分融化。
由于医用胶带在使用时,横向宽度较小为10~50mm,纵向较长,因此医用胶带纵向的柔软性是医用胶带手感好坏的关键,纸张的柔软性与拉力成反比,因此纸张纵向的拉力在满足使用要求的前提下不宜太高。生产过程控制纸张纵横拉力比为1:1~1.5:1,控制纵向抗张强度为0.2~0.4KN/m,在保证纵向后续使用要求的前提下,尽可能减少纵向拉力值。
如上所述巧妙的设计能够制备出具有较好松厚度,强度适中,伸长率高,透气性好,表面平滑、细腻,柔软度高,舒适性好的医用胶带棉纸。同时,由于化纤热熔后纤维间相互黏连,后加工生产过程不会产生化纤粘辊的现象;且由于医用胶带棉纸纵向强度适中,后加工时吸胶量适度,纸张浸胶后强度提升不大,最终生产的医用胶带表面平滑、细腻、柔软,具有丝绸般的舒适度。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)将棉浆纤维通过高频疏解机疏解,并通过浆料净化系统去除棉浆中浆点及其它杂质,输送进入棉浆池备用;
(2)将双组份聚酯纤维在搅拌器中分散,在分散过程中加入相对每吨绝干化纤0.1kg的消泡剂,分散30min,输送进入化纤池备用,在化纤池中加入相对每吨绝干化纤100kg的0.5%浓度PEO水溶液,加入相对每吨绝干化纤0.3kg的消泡剂,搅拌均匀备用;
(3)将棉浆与双组份聚酯纤维在混合池混合均匀,加入相对每吨绝干原料10kg的AKD中性施胶液,加入相对每吨绝干原料30kg的PAE湿强剂原液,采用斜网纸页成型器抄造,生产过程没有压榨工段,纸页脱水后经过干燥系统干燥,烘干过程中至少有一只烘缸温度为115℃;
所述棉浆纤维聚合度500,纤维平均长度为1.3mm,所述双组份聚酯纤维细度为1.0D,长度为6mm,皮层熔点110℃,芯层熔点250℃,棉浆绝干用量为85%,双组份聚酯纤维用量为15%,纸张定量为21g/m2,紧度为0.32g/m3,纵向抗张强度为0.2KN/m,纵向伸长率4%,纵横拉力比为1:1,透气度821L/m2·s,吸水性15g/m2
实施例2
(1)将棉浆纤维通过切断齿形磨片的盘磨疏解,并通过浆料净化系统去除棉浆中浆点及其它杂质,输送进入棉浆池备用;
(2)将双组份聚酯纤维在搅拌器中分散,在分散过程中加入相对每吨绝干化纤0.3kg的消泡剂,分散60min,输送进入化纤池备用,在化纤池中加入相对每吨绝干化纤50kg的0.5%浓度PEO水溶液,加入相对每吨绝干化纤0.1kg的消泡剂,搅拌均匀备用;
(3)将棉浆与双组份聚酯纤维在混合池混合均匀,加入相对每吨绝干原料30kg的AKD中性施胶液,加入相对每吨绝干原料15kg的PAE湿强剂原液,采用斜网纸页成型器抄造,生产过程没有压榨工段,纸页脱水后经过干燥系统干燥,烘干过程中至少有一只烘缸温度为120℃;
所述棉浆纤维聚合度400,纤维平均长度为1.1mm,所述双组份聚酯纤维细度为3.0D,长度为3mm,皮层熔点105℃,芯层熔点240℃,棉浆绝干用量为60%,双组份聚酯纤维用量为40%,纸张定量为26g/m2,紧度为0.25g/m3,纵向抗张强度为0.4KN/m,纵向伸长率10%,纵横拉力比为1.5:1,透气度671L/m2·s,吸水性12.5g/m2
实施例3
(1)将棉浆纤维通过切断齿形磨片的盘磨疏解,并通过浆料净化系统去除棉浆中浆点及其它杂质,输送进入棉浆池备用;
(2)将双组份聚酯纤维在搅拌器中分散,在分散过程中加入相对每吨绝干化纤0.2kg的消泡剂,分散45min,输送进入化纤池备用,在化纤池中加入相对每吨绝干化纤80kg的0.5%浓度PEO水溶液,加入相对每吨绝干化纤0.2kg的消泡剂,搅拌均匀备用;
(3)将棉浆与双组份聚酯纤维在混合池混合均匀,加入相对每吨绝干原料20kg的AKD中性施胶液,加入相对每吨绝干原料25kg的PAE湿强剂原液,采用斜网纸页成型器抄造,生产过程没有压榨工段,纸页脱水后经过干燥系统干燥,烘干过程中至少有一只烘缸温度为117℃;
所述棉浆纤维聚合度300,纤维平均长度为1.0mm,所述双组份聚酯纤维细度为2.0D,长度为5mm,皮层熔点100℃,芯层熔点260℃,棉浆绝干用量为75%,双组份聚酯纤维用量为25%,纸张定量为23g/m2,紧度为0.29g/m3,纵向抗张强度为0.3KN/m,纵向伸长率8%,纵横拉力比为1.3:1,透气度724L/m2·s,吸水性13.5g/m2

1.一种具有优良舒适度的医用胶带棉纸的生产方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将棉浆纤维通过高频疏解机疏解,并通过浆料净化系统去除棉浆中浆点及其它杂质,输送进入棉浆池备用;
(2)将双组份聚酯纤维在搅拌器中分散,在分散过程中加入相对每吨绝干化纤0.1~0.3kg的消泡剂,分散30~60min,输送进入化纤池备用,在化纤池中加入相对每吨绝干化纤50~100kg的0.5%浓度PEO水溶液,加入相对每吨绝干化纤0.1~0.3kg的消泡剂,搅拌均匀备用;
(3)将棉浆与双组份聚酯纤维在混合池混合均匀,加入相对每吨绝干原料10~30kg的AKD中性施胶液,加入相对每吨绝干原料15~30kg的PAE湿强剂原液,采用斜网纸页成型器抄造,生产过程没有压榨工段,纸页脱水后经过干燥系统干燥,烘干过程中至少有一只烘缸温度为115℃~120℃;
