Abstract

本发明涉及医疗用品基材领域,尤其涉及透气医用胶带基材及其制造方法。透气医用胶带基材的制造方法,该方法包括以下步骤:1)将木浆纤维进行轻度打浆处理,浆度提高2‑8°SR,并与涤纶纤维及水溶纤维混合,在混合纤维中加入湿强剂;2)将所述混合的纤维经圆网或斜网纸机抄造,通过表面施胶进行增强处理,干燥卷取成成品;其中,所述的木浆纤维、涤纶纤维、水溶纤维在透气医用胶带纸中占纤维的质量百分比分别为:50‑75%、20‑45%、1‑5%,所述各组分的质量百分比之和为100%。该方法制造过程简单,制备的医用胶带基材具有强度好、柔韧性好、松厚度高、透气性高、匀度好、易撕裂的特点。

透气医用胶带基材及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用品基材领域,尤其涉及透气医用胶带基材及其制造方法。
背景技术
现有医用胶带基材存在较多问题,基材存在透气性较差,难撕裂等问题,在医用胶带加工过程中需进行打孔处理,对基材边缘进行特殊锯齿加工,加工过程较为复杂。现有基材主体材料难降解,环保性差。涤纶纤维具有疏水性,在水中容易出现上浮絮聚等情况,比例越高情况越严重。
中国发明专利申请(申请号 CN200810060243.9 申请日 2008.03.31)公开了无纺墙纸原纸,包括纤维浆料和胶粘剂,纤维浆料包括木浆纤维和功能纤维,木浆纤维和功能纤维按两者之间的重量比例为0~95%:5~100%,胶粘剂占原纸总重量的1~10%。该专利的产品适用于墙纸,其目的是降低墙纸的吸水性能,同时附加功能纤维的性能。另外,该专利采用胶粘剂作为粘结材料,不利于环保与卫生,产品的柔韧性不足。
发明内容
为了解决抄造过程中纤维上浮及成纸强度差、柔韧性差、匀度差等问题,本发明的目的是提供一种透气医用胶带基材制造方法,该方法制造过程简单,制备的医用胶带基材具有强度好、柔韧性好、松厚度高、透气性高、匀度好、易撕裂的特点。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:
透气医用胶带基材的制造方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
1)将木浆纤维进行轻度打浆处理,浆度提高2-8 °SR,并与涤纶纤维及水溶纤维混合,在混合纤维中加入湿强剂;
2)将所述混合的纤维经圆网或斜网纸机抄造,通过表面施胶进行增强处理,干燥卷取成成品;
其中,所述的木浆纤维、涤纶纤维、水溶纤维在透气医用胶带纸中占纤维的质量百分比分别为:50-75%、20-45%、1-5%,所述各组分的质量百分比之和为100%。
作为优选,所述的木浆纤维为针叶木木浆和阔叶木木浆中的一种或多种混合。
作为优选,所述的木浆纤维进行轻度打浆处理,浆度提高3-5°SR。
作为优选,所述的木浆纤维、涤纶纤维、水溶纤维在透气医用胶带纸中占纤维的质量百分比分别为:55-70%、25-40%、1-3%。
作为优选,所述的涤纶纤维的线密度选用0.5~4 dtex,长度为1~15mm;作为再优选,所述的涤纶纤维至少两种不同长度不同线密度纤维搭配使用,两种涤纶纤维的长度选用1~5mm和10~15mm,对应的线密度分别为0.5~2 dtex和1~4 dtex。
作为优选,所述的木浆纤维为针叶木木浆和阔叶木木浆中的一种或多种混合。
作为优选,所述的水溶纤维选用聚乙烯醇纤维、海藻纤维和羧甲基纤维素纤维中的一种或多种混合。
作为优选,所述的湿强剂的加入量为纤维的质量的0.2~1%。
作为优选,所述的表面施胶的涂布量为0.5~5g/㎡。
作为优选,所述的表面施胶所用施胶液为重量百分比浓度为1~3%PVA和0.5%-1%AKD混合液。
本发明的另外一个目的是提供上述任意一个技术方案所述的方法制备得到的透气医用胶带基材。
本发明的优势在于:1、通过斜网或圆网湿法抄造而成,纤维交织致密,纸张较为松厚,不仅具有现有医用胶带基材性能特点,又弥补了其缺陷。2、涤纶纤维比例高,纸张质感柔软松厚,进一步通过不同粗度不同长度涤纶纤维搭配使用,孔隙率高且空隙分布均匀,人体舒适感好,做成的医用胶带柔韧性好且易撕裂。3、本发明采用水溶纤维作为粘结材料,为环保纤维,更符合卫生条件,同时材料的柔韧性也显著提高。4、与传统产品相比成本低,加工性能好。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
(1)将60%针叶木浆进行适轻度打浆处理,浆度提高5OSR,处理完成后与38%涤纶纤维及2%水溶纤维混合,在混合纤维中加入纤维重量0.5%湿强剂;充分搅拌。其中1.0dtex×3mm涤纶纤维比例为28%,1.5dtex×12mm涤纶纤维占10%。
(2)将所述混合的纤维经斜网纸机抄造,通过表面施胶进行增强处理,表胶液为2%PVA(聚乙烯醇)和1%AKD混合液,涂布量为1 g/㎡,干燥后卷取成成品。
透气医用胶带基材指标如下:
实施例2
(1)将60%针叶木浆进行适轻度打浆处理,浆度提高5OSR,处理完成后与38%涤纶纤维及2%水溶纤维混合,在混合纤维中加入0.5%湿强剂,1%AKD;充分搅拌。其中1.0dtex×3mm涤纶纤维比例为33%,1.5dtex×12mm涤纶纤维占5%。
(2)将所述混合的纤维经圆网纸机抄造,通过表面施胶进行增强处理,表胶液为2%PVA(聚乙烯醇)和1%AKD混合液,涂布量为1.5g/㎡,干燥后卷取成成品。
与实施例1区别在于用圆网代替斜网进行抄造。适当增加涤纶短纤比例。
透气医用胶带基材指标如下:
实施例3
与实施例1区别在于(1)将65%针叶木浆进行适轻度打浆处理,浆度提高4OSR,处理完成后与33%涤纶纤维及2%水溶纤维混合,在混合纤维中加入0.5%湿强剂;充分搅拌。其中1.5dtex×3mm涤纶纤维比例为26%,1.5dtex×12mm涤纶纤维占7%。
(2)将所述混合的纤维经圆网纸机抄造,通过表面施胶进行增强处理,表胶液为2%PVA(聚乙烯醇)和1%AKD混合液,涂布量为1.0g/㎡,干燥后卷取成成品。

1.透气医用胶带基材的制造方法,其特征在于该方法包括以下步骤:
1)将木浆纤维进行轻度打浆处理,浆度提高2-8 °SR,并与涤纶纤维及水溶纤维混合,在混合纤维中加入湿强剂;
2)将所述混合的纤维经圆网或斜网纸机抄造,通过表面施胶进行增强处理,干燥卷取成成品;
其中,所述的木浆纤维、涤纶纤维、水溶纤维在透气医用胶带纸中占纤维的质量百分比分别为:50-75%、20-45%、1-5%,所述各组分的质量百分比之和为100%;所述的表面施胶所用施胶液为重量百分比浓度为1~3%PVA和0.5%-1%AKD的混合液;所述的涤纶纤维为至少两种不同长度的、不同线密度的纤维搭配使用,两种涤纶纤维的长度选用1~5mm和10~15mm,对应的线密度分别为0.5~2 dtex和1~4 dtex。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透气医用胶带基材的制造方法,其特征在于:木浆纤维为针叶木木浆和阔叶木木浆中的一种或多种混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的透气医用胶带基材的制造方法,其特征在于:木浆纤维进行轻度打浆处理,浆度提高3-5°SR。
4.根据权利要求1所述的透气医用胶带基材的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的木浆纤维、涤纶纤维、水溶纤维在透气医用胶带纸中占纤维的质量百分比分别为:55-70%、25-40%、1-3%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的透气医用胶带基材的制造方法,其特征在于:水溶纤维选用聚乙烯醇纤维、海藻纤维和羧甲基纤维素纤维中的一种或多种混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的透气医用胶带基材的制造方法,其特征在于:湿强剂的加入量为纤维的质量的0.2~1%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的透气医用胶带基材的制造方法,其特征在于:表面施胶的涂布量为0.5~5g/㎡。
8.根据权利要求1~7任意一项权利要求所述的方法制备的透气医用胶带基材。
