Description
前記単量体(B)のmは、4〜90であることが好ましい。
本発明の帯電防止加工繊維の製造方法は、繊維材料に対して、架橋剤を付与する工程をさらに含むことが好ましい。
本発明の帯電防止加工繊維の製造方法によれば、帯電防止性に優れ、また洗濯耐久性に優れた帯電防止加工繊維を得ることができる。
本発明で用いられる重合体(以下、単に重合体ということがある)は、上記一般式(1)で示される単量体(A)を特定量含有する重合性成分を重合して得られるものである。このような重合体を必須に含有することにより、繊維材料に対して優れた帯電防止性を付与することができ、かつ洗濯耐久性に優れる。
本発明の繊維用帯電防止加工剤は、繊維材料に優れた帯電防止性を付与するために用いられるものである。本発明の繊維用帯電防止加工剤は、上記の重合体及び水を含むものである。なお、本発明の帯電防止加工剤とは、後述する製造方法で製造された薬剤のみならず、繊維材料に付与する際に該加工剤を水等により希釈した加工処理液を含むものである。
本発明の帯電防止加工繊維の製造方法は、繊維材料に対して、本発明の帯電防止加工剤を付与する工程(I)を含むものである。すなわち、本発明の製造方法は、帯電防止加工剤を後加工にて繊維材料に付与する工程を含むものである。後加工とは、繊維材料が製造された後に加工することを意味する。本製造方法によれば、帯電防止性が優れ、洗濯耐久性にも優れた帯電防止加工繊維を得ることができる。
温度計、攪拌機、窒素フロー、及び滴下ロートを備えた1リットルの4つ口フラスコに、重合性成分のジメチルアミノプロピルアクリルアミド塩化メチル4級塩79g、軟水246gを加え、窒素フローしながら70℃まで昇温した。液温を70℃に維持したまま、重合開始剤の2,2−アゾビス(2−メチルプロピオンアミジン)ジヒドロクロライド0.4gを含む軟水5.4gを滴下し、1時間加熱撹拌して、重合体を含む水溶液を得た。得られた水溶液について、下記方法により粘度を測定した。その後軟水669.6gを加えることで、加工剤に占める重合体の割合が8重量%の繊維用帯電防止加工剤aを得た。得られた繊維用帯電防止加工剤aの安定性について、下記方法により測定した。その結果を表1に示す。
水溶液に軟水を加え、重合体の濃度を8重量%として粘度を測定した。粘度は、B型回転粘度計(BROOK FIELD社製)を使用して、ローターNo.62で60回転にて20℃で測定した。
繊維用帯電防止加工剤100mLをスクリュー管に投入し、密閉した。これを温度70℃に調節したインキュベーターに1週間放置し、安定性を以下の3段階で判定した。
○:無色であり、濁りがみられない。
×:明らかな濁りまたは沈殿物がみられる。
△:○と×の中間程度の着色、濁りである。
繊維に対する処理液の付着量(重量%)=[(Y−X)/X]×100
X:未加工アクリルニットの重量
Y:加工処理液が含まれるアクリルニットの重量
上記で得られた試験布を20℃、45%RHの恒温室内に2時間調湿したものを用いて、JIS L−1094 B法に従い、ロータリースタティックテスターを用いて、摩擦帯電圧を測定した。
摩擦帯電圧を測定したときと同じ雰囲気下でスタティックオネストメーターを用い、上記で得られた試験布に10kVの電圧を印加し、印加された電荷が半分に減衰した時間を半減期として求めた。半減期は印加した電荷が半分に減少する時間を表すため、短いほど帯電しにくいことを示す。
上記で得られた試験布をJIS L−0217 103法で10回洗濯処理したものについて、上記方法と同様に摩擦帯電圧及び半減期を測定した。半減期が30秒以内、摩擦帯電圧が3000V以下であれば、帯電防止性が良好であり、洗濯前後で上の条件が満たされている場合、洗濯耐久性が良好であるといえる。
表1、2に示す重合性成分、重合開始剤、水及びそれらの割合を変更して帯電防止加工剤b〜oを得た以外は、実施例1と同様にして、評価した。その結果を表1、2に示す。
ジ(ステアロイルオキシエチル)ジメチル4級アンモニウムクロライドに水を投入し、ジ(ステアロイルオキシエチル)ジメチル4級アンモニウムクロライドの重量割合が0.5重量%となる加工処理液を調製した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、評価した。その結果を表2に示す。
塩化カルシウムに水を投入し、塩化カルシウムの重量割合が0.5重量%となる加工処理液を調製した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、評価した。その結果を表2に示す。
ブランク(BL)として、加工処理液の代わりに水を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様に評価した。その結果を表2に示す。
上記実施例4で得られた帯電防止加工剤dに、架橋剤Iと水を加え、重合体と架橋剤との重量比(重合体/架橋剤)が70/30であり、重合体と架橋剤の合計の重量割合が0.5重量%となる加工処理液を調製した。アクリルニットをこの加工処理液に浸漬させ、マングルで絞った。この際、加工処理液の繊維に対する付着量は80重量%であった。なお、付着量は上記と同様に計算した。
次に、アクリルニットをピンテンダーで110℃、3分間乾燥させた後、180℃で2分間キュアリングを行い、帯電防止加工繊維である試験布(加工上り)を得た。得られた試験布の摩擦耐電圧、半減期及び洗濯耐久性について、実施例4と同様に評価した。その結果を表3に示す。
架橋剤I:カルボジライトV−02−L2(日清紡ケミカル社製)
架橋剤II:エポクロスWS−700(日本触媒社製)
架橋剤III:カルボジライトE−02(日清紡ケミカル社製)
表3、4に示す帯電防止加工剤、架橋剤及び重合体と架橋剤との重量比に変更する以外は、実施例14と同様にして、評価した。その結果を表3、4に示す。
表5に示す重合性成分、重合開始剤、水及びそれらの割合を変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、繊維用帯電防止加工剤を得た。次に、調製した加工剤に架橋剤Iと水を加え、重合体と架橋剤との重量比(重合体/架橋剤)が80/20であり、重合体と架橋剤の合計の重量割合が0.5重量%となる加工処理液を調製した。アクリルニットをこの加工処理液に浸漬させ、マングルで絞った。この際、加工処理液の繊維に対する付着量は80重量%であった。なお、付着量は上記と同様に計算した。
次に、アクリルニットをピンテンダーで110℃、3分間乾燥させた後、180℃で2分間キュアリングを行い、帯電防止加工繊維である試験布(加工上り)を得た。得られた試験布の摩擦耐電圧、半減期及び洗濯耐久性について、実施例1と同様に評価した。その結果を表5に示す。
表5に示す重合性成分、重合開始剤、水、架橋剤及びそれらの割合を変更した以外は、実施例25と同様にして、評価した。その結果を表5に示す。
Claims (7)
- 下記一般式(1)で示される単量体(A)を含有する重合性成分を重合して得られる重合体及び水を含み、該重合性成分に占める該単量体(A)の割合が40モル%以上であり、
前記重合性成分が、下記一般式(2)で示される単量体(B)をさらに含有する、
繊維用帯電防止加工剤。
- 前記重合性成分に占める前記単量体(A)の割合が40〜99モル%であり、前記単量体(B)の割合が1〜60モル%である、請求項1に記載の繊維用帯電防止加工剤。
- 前記単量体(A)と前記単量体(B)とのモル比(A/B)が、99/1〜40/60である、請求項1又は2に記載の繊維用帯電防止加工剤。
- 前記単量体(B)のmが4〜90である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の繊維用帯電防止加工剤。
- 繊維材料に対して、請求項1〜4の記載の繊維用帯電防止加工剤を付与する工程を含む、帯電防止加工繊維の製造方法。
- 繊維材料に対して、架橋剤を付与する工程をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の帯電防止加工繊維の製造方法。
- 前記架橋剤が、ジイソシアネート系架橋剤、トリイソシアネート系架橋剤、アルデヒド系架橋剤、オキサゾリン系架橋剤、カルボジイミド系架橋剤及びエチレンイミン系架橋剤から選ばれる少なくとも1種である、請求項6に記載の帯電防止加工繊維の製造方法。
