Claims (8)
- レンズ駆動装置であって、収容空間を有する筐体、筐体内に収容された鏡筒、鏡筒に巻き付けられたコイル及び筐体に固定されたマグネットを備え、前記コイルに通電した後、ローレンツ力の作用により、鏡筒が移動するように駆動され、前記レンズ駆動装置は、少なくとも一部が非晶質合金材料であるバネ片をさらに備え、前記鏡筒は前記バネ片に支持され、軸方向に沿って往復移動し、
前記非晶質合金材料は、Zr−Al−Ni−Cu−Y非晶質合金又はZr−Al−Ni−Cu−Be非晶質合金である
ことを特徴とするレンズ駆動装置。 - 前記非晶質合金材料は、非晶質コーティング層又は物理蒸着層である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレンズ駆動装置。 - 前記バネ片は、非晶質合金材料の上バネ片及び下バネ片を含み、前記上バネ片は、前記鏡筒の上端を前記鏡筒内に固定支持し、前記下バネ片は、前記鏡筒の下端を前記鏡筒内に固定支持している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレンズ駆動装置。 - 前記上バネ片は、内固定アーム、外固定アーム及び複数の弾性アームを含み、前記内固定アームは前記鏡筒の上端に固定され、前記外固定アームは前記筐体に固定され、それぞれの前記弾性アームは前記内固定アームと前記外固定アームに同時に接続されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のレンズ駆動装置。 - 前記弾性アームは、4つであり、且つ等間隔で設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のレンズ駆動装置。 - 前記弾性アームは波状をなしている
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のレンズ駆動装置。 - 前記下バネ片は非晶質合金材料の弾性片である
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のレンズ駆動装置。 - 前記下バネ片は、第1の下バネ片及び第2の下バネ片を含み、前記第1の下バネ片と前記第2の下バネ片は同一の平面に位置するとともに、互いに絶縁である
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のレンズ駆動装置。
