Description
本発明のゴム物品補強コード用金属フィラメントは、その表面のうち少なくとも一部が、ワックスで被覆されている点に特徴を有する。
下記表中に示す条件に従い、φ0.30mmのスチールフィラメント(SHT,n=3)の表面の全体を異なる被覆材料で被覆して、各実施例および比較例の評価用サンプルを作製した。
図3に示すように、Cl-,NO3 -,SO4 -を含む腐食溶液L中に、曲率半径R(曲率歪30kgf/mm2に相当)で屈曲させた各評価サンプル100を浸漬して、浸漬した状態で各評価サンプルに捻りを加えた。破断するまでの捻り回数を測定して、耐久性能を評価した。捻り回数が多いほど、耐久性能が良好である。
各評価サンプルを作製する際の被覆材料の取り扱い性を、比較例4の被覆材料を100とする指数値で評価した。数値が大きいほど、取扱い性が良好である。

*3)日本精蝋(株)製のマイクロクリスタリンワックス(Hi−Mic−2045)
*4)80質量%の日本精蝋(株)製のマイクロクリスタリンワックス(Hi−Mic−2095)と20質量%のポリマー成分(三井・デュポン・ポリケミカル(株)製のエチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂,エバフレックスV5274)との混合物。
*5)90質量%の日本精蝋(株)製のマイクロクリスタリンワックス(Hi−Mic−1045)と10質量%のポリマー成分(三井・デュポン・ポリケミカル(株)製のエチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂,エバフレックスP1007)との混合物。
*6)三井化学(株)製のポリプロピレン分解型ワックス(三井ハイワックスNP055)
*7)95質量%の三井化学(株)製の低密度ポリエチレン分解ワックス(NL500)と5質量%のポリマー成分(三菱化学(株)製のポリエチレン樹脂,モディック L504)との混合物。
*8)95質量%の三井化学(株)製のポリプロピレン分解ワックス(NP055)と5質量%のポリマー成分(三菱化学(株)製のポリプロピレン樹脂,モディック P565)との混合物。
*10)天然ゴム100質量部と、カーボンブラック(HAF)60質量部と、亜鉛華6質量部と、老化防止剤ノクラック6C(N−フェニル−N’−(1,3−ジメチルブチル)−p−フェニレンジアミン,大内新興化学工業(株)製)1質量部と、加硫促進剤ノクセラーDZ(N,N’−ジシクロヘキシル−2−ベンゾチアジルスルフェンアミド,大内新興化学工業(株)製)1質量部と、マノボンドC22.5(コバルト脂肪酸塩,コバルト含有量22.5質量%,OMG社製)1質量部との混合物

Claims (2)
- 表面のうち少なくとも一部が、25℃においてJIS K 2235−1991に準ずる針入度試験法により測定された針入度が0より大きく50以下であるワックスで被覆されていることを特徴とするゴム物品補強コード用金属フィラメント。
- 前記ワックスが、ワックス成分100質量部に対し、5〜50質量部の熱可塑性樹脂を含む請求項1記載のゴム物品補強コード用金属フィラメント。
