Claims (6)
- 挿入部の先端に設けられ、内部から外部へと貫通する貫通孔を有する先端硬性部と、
前記挿入部の内部に設けられ、先端が前記貫通孔に挿入された状態で固定された長尺の撮像部と、
前記挿入部の内部に設けられ、先端の外形が前記挿入部内の他の構造物に応じて予め規定された形状となるように成形された先端成形部を有し、前記先端成形部が前記貫通孔に挿入固定され、基端部から先端側の所定の分岐部までが1本の束で形成され、前記所定の分岐部よりも先端側は複数本の束に分岐して形成されたライトガイドファイバー束と、
前記先端成形部から前記所定の分岐部までの前記複数本の束をそれぞれ被覆する複数本の延伸多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン製の第1の被覆チューブと、
前記所定の分岐部から前記基端部までの前記1本の束を被覆し延伸多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレンと異なる材質の1本の第2の被覆チューブと、
を備えたことを特徴とする内視鏡。 - 前記ライトガイドファイバー束の前記先端成形部は、先端の外形が非円形状に成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記ライトガイドファイバー束の前記所定の分岐部よりも先端側に形成された前記複数本の束は、前記複数本の束における各束の断面を円形に形成した場合の直径に対して短径が前記直径の90%以下となるように前記第1の被覆チューブを介して前記撮像部によって圧迫されて配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記撮像部は、イメージガイドファイバー束であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記撮像部の外皮は、延伸多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン製であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記第2の被覆チューブは、シリコーン製であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
