Claims (8)
- 無線通信ネットワークに確立されたチャネルを介してリモートデバイスとパケットベースの通話を行う方法であって、
通信クライアントアプリケーションを実行して前記通話を行い、複数のネットワークパラメータを監視する、実行するステップと、
電源の電源レベルを監視するステップと、
前記複数のネットワークパラメータの論理分析を実行するステップであって、前記論理分析は、前記複数のネットワークパラメータを複数の閾値のセットの1つと比較するステップを含み、複数の閾値のセットの1つは、監視される電源レベルに基づき、前記複数の閾値のセットから、前記論理分析のために選択される、ステップと、
前記パケットベースの通話中に、前記複数のネットワークパラメータの論理分析と、監視される電源レベルとに基づいて、処理機能を実施するように動作可能なハードウェア処理モジュール、又は前記処理機能を実施するように実行可能なソフトウェア処理モジュールのうちの一方に選択的に前記通話を供給するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記複数のネットワークパラメータは、
チャネルビットレート、
チャネルエンドツーエンド伝送遅延、
チャネルパケット損失率、及び
チャネルパケット損失バースト性
のうち少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載の方法。 - ハードウェア処理モジュール又はソフトウェア処理モジュールのうちの一方に選択的に前記通話を供給するステップは、ハードウェア処理モジュール又はソフトウェア処理モジュールに前記通話を供給するように構成された選択メカニズムに、前記論理分析の結果を供給するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記選択メカニズムの切り替え手段において、入力信号を受け取るステップと、
前記選択メカニズムの制御手段において、前記論理分析の結果を受け取るステップと、
前記制御手段から前記切り替え手段へ制御信号を供給するステップであり、前記制御信号は前記論理分析と監視された電源レベルとに基づき、前記制御信号は前記ハードウェア処理モジュール又は前記ソフトウェア処理モジュールのいずれかに処理すべき前記入力信号を出力するように前記切り替え手段を制御する、ステップと、
をさらに含む請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記制御手段は、
チャネルビットレートの所定ビットレート閾値に対する比較、
チャネルエンドツーエンド伝送遅延の所定遅延閾値に対する比較、及び
チャネルパケット損失率の所定パケット損失率閾値に対する比較を含む論理分析に基づいて、前記ハードウェア処理モジュールに、処理すべき前記入力信号を出力するように前記切り替え手段を制御する、
請求項4に記載の方法。 - 設定モードを選択するユーザ入力を受け取るステップであり、前記設定モードは一定閾値のセットに対応するステップと、
前記設定モードの選択に応じて、前記一定閾値のセットを用いて、前記制御信号を供給するステップと
をさらに含む請求項4に記載の方法。 - モバイルデバイスに請求項1乃至6のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行させるコンピュータプログラム。
- モバイルデバイスであって、
無線通信ネットワークにアクセスするように構成された無線アクセス回路と、
処理機能を実施するように選択的に動作可能なハードウェア処理モジュールと、
前記処理機能を実施するように選択的に実行可能なソフトウェア処理モジュールと、
電源と、
前記電源の電源レベルを監視する電源監視部と、
無線通信ネットワークに確立されたチャネルを介してリモートデバイスとパケットベースの通話を行う通信クライアントアプリケーションを実行するプロセッサであって、前記通信クライアントアプリケーションは、
複数のネットワークパラメータを監視し、
前記複数のネットワークパラメータの論理分析を実行し、前記論理分析は、前記複数のネットワークパラメータを複数の閾値のセットの1つと比較することを含み、複数の閾値のセットの1つは、監視される電源レベルに基づき、前記複数の閾値のセットから、前記論理分析のために選択される、プロセッサと、
前記パケットベースの通話中に、前記複数のネットワークパラメータの論理分析と、前記監視される電源レベルとに基づいて、前記ハードウェア処理モジュール及び前記ソフトウェア処理モジュールのうちの一方に前記通話を供給する選択メカニズムと、
を含むモバイルデバイス。
