Description
少なくとも前記インク容器の前記筆記尖端部が、以下の組成(質量%):
28.0〜36.0%のZn、
0.5〜1.5%のSi、
1.5〜2.5%のMn、
0.2〜1.0%のNi、
0.5〜1.5%のAl、
0.1〜1.0%のFe、
選択的に更に0〜0.2%までのPb、
選択的に更に0〜0.2%までのSn、
選択的に更に0〜0.1%までのP、
選択的に更に0〜0.08%までのS、
残りのCu及び不可避不純物から成り、マトリクスに組み込まれた鉄−ニッケル−マンガンを含有する混合ケイ化物を有する、銅−亜鉛合金で構成されているボールペン用の替え芯の技術的な示唆を含むものである。
−600〜800℃の温度範囲において押出し成形するステップと、
−少なくとも1回の冷間変形するステップと
を含んでいる。
これらのロッドは、インク容器又は替え芯先端部の切削加工の原材料として用いられ得る。
−600〜800℃の温度範囲において押出し成形するステップと、
−250〜700℃の温度範囲における少なくとも1回の焼きなましを伴う少なくとも1回の冷間変形から成るコンビネーションを行うステップと
を含んでいる。
・700℃の温度での押出し成形
・冷間変形/中間焼きなまし(650℃/50〜60分)/調整/応力除去焼きなまし(300〜350℃/3時間)
・実験室規模での750℃の温度における熱間圧延
・冷間変形/応力除去焼きなまし(300〜400℃/2〜3時間)のコンビネーション
Claims (2)
- インク容器及びボールから成るボールペン用の替え芯であって、前記ボールが前記インク容器の先端部に設けられた筆記尖端部に配置されている前記ボールペン用の替え芯において、
前記インク容器の前記筆記尖端部が、以下の組成(質量%):
28.0〜36.0%のZn、
0.5〜1.5%のSi、
1.5〜2.5%のMn、
0.2〜1.0%のNi、
0.5〜1.5%のAl、
0.1〜1.0%のFe、
良好な環境適合性のため、
選択的に更に0〜0.2%までのPb、
選択的に更に0〜0.2%までのSn、
選択的に更に0〜0.1%までのP、
選択的に更に0〜0.08%までのS、
残りのCu及び不可避不純物から成り、マトリクスに組み込まれた鉄−ニッケル−マンガンを含有する混合ケイ化物を有する、銅−亜鉛合金で構成されており、その銅−亜鉛合金は、熱間変形あるいは引き抜きによる冷間変形及び更なる焼きなましステップを含む更なる処理の後に、5〜45体積%のβ相及び20体積%までの鉄−ニッケル−マンガンを含む混合ケイ化物を有する組織並びに残りのα相が銅−亜鉛合金内に存在しており、銅−亜鉛合金では、合金の降伏強さ及び引張強さについての値の比Rp0.2/Rm(降伏強さ/引張強さ)が0.5〜0.95であることを特徴とするボールペン用の替え芯。 - 円柱状の形状を有する鉄−ニッケル−マンガンを含有する混合ケイ化物及び球状の形状を有する鉄−ニッケル濃縮混合ケイ化物が前記組織内に存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボールペン用の替え芯。
