Claims (4)
- 系統と連結されるエネルギー貯蔵装置によって前記系統の動作周波数の変化に応じて前記エネルギー貯蔵装置の充電量を制御する方法であって、
前記系統の動作周波数が予め設定された周波数範囲に該当するデッドバンド範囲内に属するか否かを判断するステップと、
前記系統の動作周波数が前記デッドバンド範囲内に属する場合、前記エネルギー貯蔵装置の充電量を示すSOCレベルが予め設定された維持範囲内に属するか否かを判断するステップと、
前記系統の動作周波数が前記デッドバンド範囲内に属し、前記SOCレベルが予め設定された維持範囲を逸脱する場合に、前記SOCレベルを前記維持範囲内に属するように前記SOCレベルを調整するステップと、を含み、
前記維持範囲は、予め設定された下限値と上限値との間の範囲を示し、
前記SOCレベルを調整するステップは、前記SOCレベルが前記下限値より小さい場合及び前記上限値より大きい場合のそれぞれに対して異なる調整を行い、
前記デッドバンド範囲内に属する周波数に対し、前記系統と前記エネルギー貯蔵装置との間のエネルギー伝達の変化を緩やかにするため、曲線に沿って前記エネルギー伝達が行われるようにし、
前記デッドバンド範囲は、予め設定された最大基準周波数と最小基準周波数との間の範囲に設定され、
前記デッドバンド範囲内には、前記最大基準周波数より小さい値の上限変曲点と、前記最小基準周波数より大きい値の下限変曲点とが形成され、
前記系統の動作周波数が前記上限変曲点と前記下限変曲点との間に該当する場合には、前記系統の動作周波数の変動に関係なく前記系統と前記エネルギー貯蔵装置との間に伝達されるエネルギー量は一定に維持するようにする、エネルギー貯蔵装置の制御方法。 - 前記系統の動作周波数が前記最大基準周波数と前記上限変曲点との間に該当する場合には、前記系統から前記エネルギー貯蔵装置に伝達されるエネルギー量が前記曲線に沿うように制御する、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置の制御方法。
- 前記系統と前記エネルギー貯蔵装置との間に一定に伝達されるエネルギー量は、前記SOCレベルが前記下限値より小さい場合と前記上限値より大きい場合とがそれぞれ互いに異なる、請求項1又は2に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置の制御方法。
- 前記系統の動作周波数が前記最小基準周波数と前記下限変曲点との間に該当する場合には、前記エネルギー貯蔵装置から前記系統に伝達されるエネルギー量が前記曲線に沿うように制御する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置の制御方法。
