Description
熱による応力緩和(Spannungsrelaxation)、例えば、前記PVC組成物を含んでいる構成材の溶接または敷設での応力緩和は、95℃の温度ですでに1〜2時間以内に生じる。これにより、管の取り付け後、この管の等長全体に熱湯を導通することにより経済的にアニーリングできるようになる。したがって、外付けバンドヒーターを使用する極端に費用のかさむアニーリング工程は省略される。特に、塩素産業において、または熱い溶媒が前記PVC組成物と接触するその他の適用分野では、前記構成材のアニーリングを、稼働中に、設備の慣らし運転ですぐに実施することも可能である。
前記組成物もしくは構成材は、その高い耐化学薬品性および耐熱性のゆえに、きわめて純粋な塩水、例えば超高純度の塩化ナトリウム溶液、または塩化カリウム溶液との、特に約50℃〜約80℃の温度範囲における、ならびに場合により、前記溶液の塩素負荷および変化するpH値を備える状態での接触に好適である。本発明によるPVC組成物と比べて、PVC−Cの前記範囲で考えられる使用は、より高い原材料費および明らかにより困難な加工のために非常に費用がかさむ。PPインライナとGFKジャケットとからの複合系は、しばしば、数ヶ月以内に、高い塩素負荷により、加工しにくさ、および/または腐食性のために役に立たなくなる。
Claims (11)
- 管、ダクト、容器、板、成形部材または溶接棒の製造のためのポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)組成物であって、
・該組成物のPVC樹脂が、第一の樹脂成分と第二の樹脂成分を含み、MN=60kDa〜MN=70kDaの数平均、およびMW=114kDa〜MW=124kDaの質量平均の分子量分布を有しており、
・該組成物全体が、56%〜62%の塩素含有率を有し、

・前記第二の樹脂成分は、前記第一の樹脂成分と比べて高められた塩素含有率を有するPVC樹脂成分であり、かつ、101kDa〜113kDaの質量平均M W と、54kDa〜63kDaの数平均M N の分子量分布を有し、
・前記PVC組成物は、前記第一の樹脂成分および第二の樹脂成分を、40:60〜60:40の比で有し、
・前記PVC組成物は、90℃超のビカー軟化温度を有し、かつ、
・前記PVC組成物が、耐衝撃性改質剤を含んでいない、前記組成物。 - 前記組成物が、白亜および/またはカルシウムおよび/またはマグネシウムを含んでいないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のPVC組成物。
- 前記組成物が、スズおよび/またはスズを有している成分を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のPVC組成物。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のPVC組成物を含んでいることを特徴とする、化学腐食性物質の導通および/または保管のための管。
- ガラス繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂を含むジャケットを有している複合管として形成されており、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のPVC組成物を含んでいる内壁を有していることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の管。
- 前記内壁が、少なくとも1つの接着樹脂により前記ジャケットと結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の管。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のPVC組成物を含んでいることを特徴とする、化学腐食性物質の導通および/または保管のためのダクト。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のPVC組成物を含んでいることを特徴とする、化学腐食性物質の導通および/または保管のための容器。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のPVC組成物の、管、ダクト、容器、板、成形部材または溶接棒の製造のための、耐化学薬品性および耐熱性の材料としての使用。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のPVC組成物の、請求項4から6までのいずれか1項に記載の管、請求項7に記載のダクトまたは請求項8に記載の容器のための、耐化学薬品性および耐熱性の材料としての使用。
- KOHまたはNaOH 50%以下の水酸化カリウム溶液または水酸化ナトリウム溶液、KCL 350g/L以下の塩化カリウム溶液、NaCl 350g/L以下の塩化ナトリウム溶液、活性塩素18%以下の次亜塩素酸塩、および濃鉱酸からなる群から選択される、少なくとも1つの成分を含んでいる化学腐食性物質の導通および/または保管のための、請求項4から6までのいずれか1項に記載の管、請求項7に記載のダクトまたは請求項8に記載の容器の使用。
