Description
[実施例1〜11]
下記表1に実施例1〜11に係る本発明の親水性向上剤の処方を示す。各実施例に係る親水性向上剤は、酸成分と塩基成分との総量が、親水性向上剤全体中1.0重量%となるように混合した後、蒸留水に溶解させることによって調製したものである。
比較例1に係る処理液として、トリエタノールアミン水溶液(1.0重量%、pH10.2)を用いた。
比較例2に係る処理液として、前記比較例1に係る処理液を、0.1N塩酸にてpH7.0に調製したものを用いた。
基材のテストピースとして、平坦なガラス板を用い、このガラス板の片面に市販のコーティング剤(AZエレクトロニックマテリアルズ株式会社製 NAX‐120)をスプレーにより塗布した後、自然乾燥(1時間)させることによって、一次被膜を形成した。
Claims (4)
- 基材の表面にポリシラザンを含有するコーティング剤を塗布し、乾燥させることによって前記基材の表面に形成された一次被膜に塗布する親水性向上剤であって、
塩基成分としての窒素化合物と、
酸成分としての有機酸、又は前記有機酸によってN-アシル化されたアミノ酸誘導体と、
を少なくとも含有する水溶液となされてなり、
pH6〜9の水素イオン濃度指数を有し、
前記酸成分における有機酸の炭素数が8〜18の範囲内であることを特徴とする親水性向上剤。 - 請求項1に記載の親水性向上剤において、
前記塩基成分が、アルカノールアミンである親水性向上剤。 - 基材の表面にポリシラザンを含有するコーティング剤を塗布し、乾燥させることによって前記基材の表面に一次被膜を形成する一次被膜形成工程と、
前記一次被膜の表面に、請求項1又は2に記載の親水性向上剤を塗布する親水化工程と、
を実行することを特徴とする被膜の親水性向上方法。 - 請求項3に記載の親水性向上方法によって処理された親水処理被膜であって、
接触角が20度以下であることを特徴とする親水処理被膜。
