Description
カプセル不在の呼吸ノイズ(低いK、低から中程度のσ2)、
カプセルが存在する呼吸ノイズ(中程度のK、低から高のσ2)
である。
1.使用者が、ボタンを押し込み、作動信号がプロセッサによって受信される。
2.プロセッサが、所定の時間だけ第1のセンサからのデータのサンプリングを開始する。データは、本明細書に説明される1つまたは複数のアルゴリズムに従って、オンラインで処理される。中間データが記憶される。
3.中間データが妥当性をチェックされる。必要なら、複数のアプローチによるデータが比較される。
4.後の伝送のために結果が記憶される。

1.「カプセル」が通常上部にある。これは、カプセルによるスパイクに起因する高いピーク対平均比(PMR)の領域である。
2.「無音(サイレンス)」。この領域は、極めて低い分散および低PMRを有する。

Claims (14)
- 薬剤カプセルを収容するカプセルハウジングと、空気流れ発生中、少なくとも1つの空気入口から出口へ空気が通って流れる空気流路であって、前記空気流路が前記カプセルハウジングの中を通る、空気流路と、第1のセンサと、プロセッサと、前記プロセッサを駆動する電源とを備える吸入器であって、
前記カプセルハウジングは、少なくとも1つの壁によって画成され、前記カプセルハウジング内にカプセルが配置され、前記空気流路に沿って前記カプセルハウジングを通って十分な空気が流れるとき、前記カプセルが前記カプセルハウジング内で運動するように構成され、前記第1のセンサが、前記カプセルハウジングを介して前記カプセルハウジング内での前記カプセルの運動を検出し、前記運動を示す第1の信号を発生することができるように、前記第1のセンサが前記吸入器に配置され、前記プロセッサが、前記第1のセンサから前記第1の信号を受け取り、前記第1の信号を使用して、空気流れ発生中、前記第1の信号が前記カプセルハウジング内のカプセルの存在を示しているか、または不在を示しているか判定し、それを示すカプセル信号を生成し、

- 前記プロセッサが、カプセル信号を生成するために、周波数域識別アルゴリズムを使用して前記センサからの前記衝突信号を解析し、2つの異なる所定の周波数領域間の信号強度の比が、所定の限界内にあるか否かを判定する、請求項1に記載の吸入器。
- 前記プロセッサが、カプセル信号を生成するために、前記衝突信号を特徴付ける2つの統計変数を計算し、一方の変数の他方の変数に対する散布図上の所定の領域に、前記計算された統計量が入るか否かを判定する2変数統計的アルゴリズムを使用して、前記センサからの前記衝突信号を解析する、請求項1に記載の吸入器。
- 前記計算される変数が尖度および分散である、請求項6に記載の吸入器。
- 前記計算される変数が、前記衝突信号の2乗または大きさのピーク対平均比、および分散である、請求項6に記載の吸入器。
- 前記プロセッサが、少なくとも2つの異なるアルゴリズムを使用して前記センサからの前記衝突信号を解析する、請求項1に記載の吸入器。
- 前記第1のセンサがマイクロフォンまたは圧電素子である、請求項1に記載の吸入器。
- 前記カプセルハウジングが、当該カプセルハウジングの中に収容されるカプセルより大きい直径、および前記カプセルの直径より大きいが、前記カプセルの長さより小さい高さを有する実質的に円筒形である部分を備え、前記空気流路が、前記カプセルハウジング内で前記カプセルをスピンさせるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の吸入器。
- 前記吸入器が、開口要素に前記吸入器内のカプセルを開口させるために使用者によって作動させることができる少なくとも1つのアクチュエータを備え、前記吸入器が、前記アクチュエータの作動を感知し、作動信号を発生するアクチュエータセンサをさらに備え、前記プロセッサが、前記作動信号を受信するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の吸入器。
