Claims (4)
- 相手方コイルに電力を送信し又は相手方コイルから送信された電力を受信するコイルユニットにおいて、
互いに対向する一対の主面を備えた平板状のコイル保持部材と、
前記コイル保持部材の周囲に螺旋状に巻回されるコイルと、を有し、
前記コイル保持部材は、
前記コイルユニットが設置される際に下面側に位置づけられる一方の主面に、前記コイルの巻線部分に対して張力を付与する張力付与部を備え、
前記張力付与部は、前記一方の主面の中央に配置されており、前記コイルの軸心方向に沿って連続的に突出形成されている下向き凸状の部位から構成されることを特徴とするコイルユニット。 - 前記コイル保持部材は、隣り合う巻線同士を互いに隔てるように前記主面に立設されたガイド壁をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載されたコイルユニット。
- 前記ガイド壁は、前記コイル保持部材の中央部から離れる程、その高さが増加するように設定されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載されたコイルユニット。
- 電力を送信する送信コイルユニットと、前記送信コイルユニットから送信された電力を受信する受信コイルユニットと、を有する非接触電力伝送装置において、
前記送信コイルユニット及び前記受信コイルユニットの少なくとも一方が、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のコイルユニットであることを特徴とする非接触電力伝送装置。
