Description
Claims (9)
- ねじ山付きボルトのねじ山端部領域(A)を引っ張ることによる、ねじ山付きボルトの伸長用の引張り装置であって、前記ねじ山端部領域(A)を包囲している支持管(2)と、該支持管(2)の延長上に配置されたシリンダ(1)とが設けられていて、該シリンダ(1)は、該シリンダ内で長手方向(L)に可動であり且つ液圧供給部(6)に接続可能な少なくとも1つのピストン(5)を備えており、前記ねじ山端部領域(A)にねじ締結可能であり且つ前記ピストン(5)によって軸方向に連行可能に形成された交換ソケット(10)と、長手方向(L)に可動に配置されたピン(20)とが設けられており、該ピン(20)のピン端部(22)は長手方向で、前記ねじ山付きボルトの前記ねじ山端部領域(A)を有する端部に支持されるようになっている、ねじ山付きボルトの伸長用の引張り装置において、
前記ピン(20)の長手方向(L)での位置を検出する検出手段(30)と、
該検出手段(30)に接続されていて、前記液圧供給部(6)を解放可能な評価及び制御ユニット(35A,35B)とが設けられており、
前記検出手段(30)は、前記交換ソケット(10)に対する前記ピン(20)の長手方向位置を検出するように形成されており、
前記評価及び制御ユニット(35A,35B)は、前記ピン(20)の長手方向位置が内部で設定された最低限の位置の値に対応する場合にのみ、前記液圧供給部(6)を解放することを特徴とする、ねじ山付きボルトの伸長用の引張り装置。 - 前記評価及び制御ユニット(35A,35B)の構成要素は、前記シリンダ(1)に配置された送信モジュール(36)と、前記液圧供給部(6)の領域に配置された受信モジュール(37)とを備えた無線信号経路である、請求項1記載の引張り装置。
- 前記ピン(20)の位置を検出する前記検出手段(30)は、誘導式に作動する、請求項1又は2記載の引張り装置。
- 前記検出手段(30)は、他方のピン端部(23)の領域に配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の引張り装置。
- 前記シリンダ(1)に、前記ピン(20)の長手方向(L)での位置を表示するための表示ユニット(50)が配置されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の引張り装置。
- 前記ピン(20)は、信号発生部分又は信号トリガ部分(23)を有していて、該信号発生部分又は信号トリガ部分(23)においてピン(20)の直径が変化している、請求項5記載の引張り装置。
- 前記ピン(20)は、前記交換ソケット(10)に設けられた長手方向ガイド(17)内に配置されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の引張り装置。
- 前記ピン(20)の下側のピン端部(22)は、ピン横断面に比べて半径方向に拡大された拡大部(25)を備えて形成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の引張り装置。
- 前記拡大部(25)は、前記ねじ山付きボルトの端面に対向して位置していてセンサとして作用する、前記端面に形成された少なくとも1つの目印を検出する識別部材を備えている、請求項8記載の引張り装置。
