Description
前記心電図を基に前記被験者の心拍数(HR)を算出する心拍数算出手段と、前記心電図と前記光電脈波に基づいて、前記被験者の脈波伝搬時間(PWTT)を算出するPWTT算出手段と、前記心拍数(HR)と前記脈波伝搬時間(PWTT)を基に前記被験者の1回拍出量(SV)を算出するSV算出手段と、前記SV算出手段が算出した1回拍出量(SV)に基づいて、前記被験者の1回拍出量(SV)に関する状態を出力する出力手段と、を有する。
以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態について説明する。図1は、本実施の形態にかかる心肺機能評価装置1の構成を示すブロック図である。心肺機能評価装置1は、非侵襲SV算出手段10、出力手段7、及び記憶手段8を備える。非侵襲SV算出手段10は、心電図測定手段2、光電脈波検出手段3、PWTT算出手段4、心拍数算出手段5、及びSV算出手段6を備える。非侵襲SV算出手段10は、非侵襲の手法を用いて被験者の1回拍出量(SV)を算出する処理手段である。
HR={(220−年齢)−安静時心拍数}×50%+安静時心拍数
実施の形態2にかかる心肺機能評価装置1は、SV算出手段6が算出した1回拍出量(SV)を基に心肺機能の状態を把握できる評価値を算出することを主な特徴とする。以下、実施の形態1と異なる点を説明する。

Claims (7)
- 被験者の心電図を測定する心電図測定手段と、
前記被験者の光電脈波を検出する光電脈波検出手段と、
前記心電図を基に前記被験者の心拍数(HR)を算出する心拍数算出手段と、
前記心電図と前記光電脈波に基づいて、前記被験者の脈波伝搬時間(PWTT)を算出するPWTT算出手段と、
前記心拍数(HR)と前記脈波伝搬時間(PWTT)に基づいて、前記被験者の1回拍出量(SV)を算出するSV算出手段と、
前記SV算出手段が算出した1回拍出量(SV)に基づいて、前記被験者の1回拍出量(SV)に関する状態を出力する出力手段と、を有し、
前記SV算出手段は、1回の運動内での1回拍出量(SV)の経時的変化を複数回取得し、
前記出力手段は、前記SV算出手段が取得した複数の1回拍出量(SV)の経時的変化に基づいて、複数のグラフを重畳的に表示する、心肺機能評価装置。 - 前記心肺機能評価装置は、前記SV算出手段が算出した1回拍出量(SV)と、1回拍出量(SV)に関する指標値と、に基づいて、前記被験者の心肺能力を評価するSV評価手段、を更に備え、
前記出力手段は、前記SV評価手段による評価結果を前記被験者の1回拍出量(SV)に関する状態として出力する、
請求項1に記載の心肺機能評価装置。 - 前記指標値は、前記SV算出手段が以前に算出した1回拍出量(SV)の履歴値、または前記被験者に関連する1回拍出量(SV)の統計値、の少なくとも一方を含む、請求項2に記載の心肺機能評価装置。
- 前記SV評価手段は、前記SV算出手段が算出した現在の1回拍出量(SV)と、所定のタイミングで取得した前記履歴値と、の差分(ΔesSV)を算出する、請求項3に記載の心肺機能評価装置。
- 前記SV評価手段は、前記履歴値を参照し、前記SV算出手段が算出した現在の1回拍出量(SV)の変化量(d(esSV)/dt)を算出する、請求項3または請求項4に記載の心肺機能評価装置。
- 前記SV評価手段は、前記統計値と前記SV算出手段が算出した現在の1回拍出量(SV)と、を比較評価する、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の心肺機能評価装置。
- 被験者の心電図を測定する心電図測定ステップと、
前記被験者の光電脈波を検出する光電脈波検出ステップと、
前記心電図を基に前記被験者の心拍数(HR)を算出する心拍数算出ステップと、
前記心電図と前記光電脈波に基づいて、前記被験者の脈波伝搬時間(PWTT)を算出するPWTT算出ステップと、
前記心拍数(HR)と前記脈波伝搬時間(PWTT)を基に前記被験者の1回拍出量(SV)を算出するSV算出ステップと、
前記SV算出ステップにおいて算出した1回拍出量(SV)に基づいて、前記被験者のSVに関する状態を出力する出力ステップと、を有し、
前記SV算出ステップでは、1回の運動内での1回拍出量(SV)の経時的変化を複数回取得し、
前記出力ステップでは、前記SV算出手段が取得した複数の1回拍出量(SV)の経時的変化に基づいて、複数のグラフを重畳的に表示する、心肺機能評価方法。
