Description
Claims (9)
- 風車の発電機を鉛直方向で組み立てる方法であって、
組立中に構成部材(2,4,5)の回転軸線(R)が実質的に鉛直になるように前記発電機の構成部材(2,3,4,5)を支持するための水平な組立支持体(10,10′)であって、該組立支持体(10,10′)は、組立手順の間、前記発電機の前記構成部材(2,3)の内部へのアクセスを可能にするように構成されている、水平な組立支持体(10,10′)を提供するステップと、
ロータ部材(2)を軸受(4)に取り付けるステップと、
前記水平な組立支持体(10,10′)上に前記ロータ部材(2)を配置するステップと、
前記水平な組立支持体(10,10′)に前記ロータ部材(2)を固定するステップと、
前記ロータ部材(2)内にステータ部材(3)を配置するステップと、
前記ロータ部材(2)に安定化リング(6)を取り付けるステップと、
前記ロータ部材(2)に複数の磁石(22)を取り付けるステップと、
前記ロータ部材(2)に前記ステータ部材(3)を接合するステップと、
を含み、
前記ロータ部材(2)内に前記ステータ部材(3)を配置するステップは、前記ロータ部材(2)内へ前記ステータ部材(3)を下降させるステップを含むことを特徴とする、風車の発電機を鉛直方向で組み立てる方法。 - 前記軸受(4)に楕円化防止リングを取り付けるステップを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 風車の発電機の鉛直方向での組立において使用するための組立配列(1,1′)であって、該組立配列(1,1′)は、組立中に構成部材(2,4,5)の回転軸線(R)が実質的に鉛直になるように前記発電機の構成部材(2,3,4,5)を支持するための水平な組立支持体(10)を備え、該組立支持体(10)は、組立手順の間、前記発電機の前記構成部材(2,3)の内部へのアクセスを可能にするように構成されており、
前記組立配列(1)は、ロータ部材(2)の開口に従って成形されたアクセス開口(12)を有することを特徴とする、風車の発電機の鉛直方向での組立において使用するための組立配列(1,1′)。 - 前記組立配列(1)は、組立テーブル(1)と、実質的に鉛直な複数の支持コラム(11)とを有し、前記水平な組立支持体(10)は、前記組立テーブル(1)の実質的に水平な上面(10)を有する、請求項3記載の組立配列。
- 前記ロータ部材(2)の下側へのアクセスを提供するために前記組立支持体(10)に取り付けられた、複数のスペーサブロック(13,13′)を備える、請求項3または4記載の組立配列。
- 前記スペーサブロック(13)は、前記ロータ部材(2)を前記組立支持体(10)に締め付けるための締付け手段(15)を収容するための貫通孔(130)を有する、請求項5記載の組立配列。
- 前記アクセス開口(12)の直径は、少なくとも0.5mであり、および/またはスペーサブロック(13,13′)の高さは、少なくとも10cmである、請求項3から6までのいずれか1項記載の組立配列。
- 前記組立支持体(10)の高さを調節するための高さ調節手段(14)を備える、請求項3から7までのいずれか1項記載の組立配列。
- 風車の発電機の組立における、請求項3から8までのいずれか1項記載の組立配列(1,1′)の使用。
