A.成形金属容器
Claims (16)
- 成形金属容器への垂直荷重を遮断して容器の変形を緩和する方法であって、
円筒状金属管を成形して成形金属容器を得、ただし、該成形金属容器は、封止端と、開口端と、薄厚側壁とを含むものであり、
成形金属容器の開口端の近傍に、該容器と一体的な保持リングを形成し、ただし、該保持リングは、該容器の薄厚側壁の中に形成され、該開口端の直径より小さい直径を有するものであり、
保持リングで成形金属容器を支持し、そして
成形金属容器をクロージャーで密封し、その際、クロージャーの取り付け中に封止端と保持リングとの間における成形金属容器の垂直荷重による変形が最小限に抑制される、
ことを包含する方法。 - 成形金属容器に製品を充填することをさらに包含する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 円筒状金属管の成形中に加工性を増すために該金属管を加熱することをさらに包含する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 成形金属容器を装飾することをさらに包含する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 円筒状金属管を金属シートまたは金属塊から成形することをさらに包含する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 成形金属容器の表面に溝を形成することをさらに包含する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 成形金属容器の表面にエンボス加工またはデボス加工により表示記号を形成することをさらに包含する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 円筒状金属管の成形を、ブロー成形、圧力ラム、スタンピングにより成形された一対の半部材の使用、ダイ ネッキング、液圧成形または空気圧成形により行なうことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- クロージャーが、王冠、ねじ込み式蓋栓、スナップ式蓋栓またはロールオン ピルファー プルーフ(ROPP)蓋栓であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 一体的な保持リングの形成が、円周状の外周縁部を有する一体的な保持リングを形成することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 成形金属容器への垂直荷重を遮断して容器の変形を緩和する方法であって、
円筒状金属管を成形して、封止端と開口端とを含む成形金属容器を形成し、
成形金属容器の開口端の周囲に、保持リングを挟み込みまたは接着により取り付け、
成形金属容器の開口端の周囲に、金属製アウトサート部品を取り付け、
保持リングで成形金属容器を支持し、そして
成形金属容器をクロージャーで密封し、その際、クロージャーの取り付け中に封止端と保持リングとの間における成形金属容器の垂直荷重による変形が最小限に抑制される、
ことを包含する方法。 - 成形金属容器への垂直荷重を遮断して容器の変形を緩和する方法であって、
円筒状金属管を成形して、封止端と開口端とを含む成形金属容器を形成し、
上側周縁部と下側周縁部とを容器と一体化するように開口端の近傍に形成し、
該上側周縁部と該下側周縁部との間に保持リングを挟み込みまたは接着により取り付け、
保持リングで成形金属容器を支持し、そして
成形金属容器をクロージャーで密封し、その際、クロージャーの取り付け中に封止端と保持リングとの間における成形金属容器の垂直荷重による変形が最小限に抑制される、
ことを包含する方法。 - 円筒状金属管を金属シートまたは金属塊から成形することをさらに包含する請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 円筒状金属管の成形中に加工性を増すために該金属管を加熱することをさらに包含する請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 成形金属容器を装飾することをさらに包含する請求項11または12に記載の方法。
