Description
−各コア糸及び/又は外側層糸の直径は、0.5〜4mmである。
−各コアマルチフィラメント織物繊維及び/又は外側層マルチフィラメント織物繊維の各基本フィラメントの直径は、2〜30μmである。
−各コアマルチフィラメント織物繊維及び/又は外側層マルチフィラメント織物繊維は連続的である。非連続的の反対の用語「連続的」は、繊維の予め決められた長さ、例えば、5cmに対して、繊維の基本フィラメントの少なくとも80%及び好ましくは少なくとも90%が個々に連続的であることを意味すると理解される。
−各コアマルチフィラメント織物繊維及び/又は外側層マルチフィラメント織物繊維は、10よりも多い基本フィラメント、好ましくは、100よりも多い基本フィラメント、より好ましくは、1000よりも多い基本フィラメントを含む。

Claims (10)
- タイヤ(10)のためのビードワイヤ(20、20’)であって、
少なくとも1つのコア糸(B;B1、B2、B3)の複数の周方向巻線(E1、E2、E3)を含むコア(30)であって、各コア糸(B;B1、B2、B3)が、有機コア母材に埋め込まれたコア非金属基本フィラメントを含むコア(30)を含み、各コア糸(B;B1、B2、B3)が作られる材料(Ma)は、800MPa以上である23℃で基準「ISO 14125」に従って測定された降伏強度(Re)を有し、
前記ビードワイヤは、さらに、有機外側層母材に埋め込まれた外側層非金属基本フィラメントを含む単一外側層糸(E)を含む外側層(C1)であって、該外側層糸(E)が前記コア(30)の回りに巻かれた外側層(C1)を含む、ビードワイヤ(20、20’)。 - 前記コア(30)は、単一コア糸(B)を含む、請求項1に記載のビードワイヤ(20、20’)。
- 前記コア(30)は、複数の別々のコア糸(B1、B2、B3)を含む、請求項1に記載のビードワイヤ(20、20’)。
- 外側層糸(E)が作られる材料(Ma)が、800MPa以上である23℃で基準「ISO 14125」に従って測定された降伏強度(Re)を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のビードワイヤ(20、20’)。
- 各コア糸(B;B1、B2、B3)及び/又は外側層糸(E)が作られる材料が、100GPa以下である23℃で前記基準「ISO 14125」に従って測定されたヤング率(E)を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のビードワイヤ(20、20’)。
- ビードワイヤ(20、20’)の質量に対する前記コア(30)の寄与(Rm)対ビードワイヤ(20、20’)の破断時の力(Fm)に対する該コア(30)の寄与(Rf)の比率(R)が、2以下である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のビードワイヤ(20、20’)。
- ビードワイヤ(20、20’)の質量に対する前記コア(30)の寄与(Rm)対ビードワイヤ(20、20’)の破断時の力(Fm)に対する該コア(30)の寄与(Rf)の比率(R)が、0.25以上である請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のビードワイヤ(20、20’)。
- ビードワイヤ(20、20’)の破断時の力(Fm)に対する前記コア(30)の寄与(Rf)が、15%以上である請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のビードワイヤ(20、20’)。
- ビードワイヤ(20、20’)の質量に対する前記コア(30)の寄与(Rm)が、15%以上である請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のビードワイヤ(20、20’)。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つのビードワイヤ(20)、
